The office is unorganized and the verification of insurance is poor The staff lacks several knowledge of how stuff suppose to be bill

Told me my insurance was in network
I was visiting from out of town and had an Urgent Care needI explained to the staff my type of insurance and that I had met out-of-pocket expenses for the entire year from back surgery I had my daughter who is years old was with me at the timeI was told that I was in network and I was fine I had to be seen twice since my first treatment did not correct my issue Months later I'm getting the information from my insurance that they were not in network First Care now expects me to pay plus dollars I was lied to about being in networkI would stay away from this companyThe fact that they have people who have no morals I'm turning them over to the Revdex.com just as soon as I can

I'm a patient at First Care in Monroe NC I have a rare stomach disease that flares and cause chronic pain in the top of my abdomenWhich I can hardly walk up rightI have chronic nausea and vomit, I lose *** every time I have this inflammation, I even get the chillsI went there twice because of the pain I was not treated with high quality care like they advertiseDecember X XXXX was the second time I went there in pain, My son had to drive me thereI was given some kind of shoot for pain they didn't even explain to me what kind of shoot it wasI was still in pain what he prescribe for me was something for spasms for patients with IBS that did not help my pain at allI called back to complain that I was still in pain the next day this doctor has made me feel like I'm a drug addict not a patient with chronic pain that needs medicine that can help my painAnd also if a doctor advertise high quality care would he not research to understand my disease, What he fail to realize is that have to rest my body for a day or two to not irritate the nerves in my abdomen to prevent anymore flare upsSo I called the doctors office the third day tell them I'm still in pain and that I had my doctor in Charlotte NC who specialize in Gastroenterology to send records and any other information that he may need to understand my diseaseThey thinking with one mind that all I want is drugsSo I gets the manager there at the office calls me back telling me if I have serve pain or have it again to go to the hospitalSo if you have any kind of medical condition with chronic pain and rare disease I would not recommend no one like that to himI'm looking for a doctor to understand what is going onI don't have these flare up every day or every other day its not as oftenBut I need something to help my pain when I'm in painI don't like taking drugs not unless its necessary

SUMMARY:  The tarp work was in
fact performed by our company as you can see by the attached photos.  We provided her with an estimate for the roof
work in November 2012.    As you can see by her Dec. email, she
provided us with her claim number as we were working with her and their insurance
company because (to quote her) “they were dying to get this all resolved.”    When I followed up with her towards the
middle of Dec. 2012 she stated to me that she was interested in a dormer and
possibly an interior bathroom and we discussed her looking into hiring an
architect for that.  I followed up with
her again in April 2013 to inquire whether she had hired an architect or not
and as you can see by the emails she was keeping me informed of her
status.  We eventually realized that they
were using the idea of a bigger project to delay paying for the tarp services
that were provided.  We are just looking
to be paid for the work that was performed.
We find it a complete insult with reference to the comment about Hurricane
Sandy and price gouging.  They took time
away from us as we had family members who were affected, we donated services to
the [redacted] Rescue Fund and other homeowners who were affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Should be something brought against homeowners who are filing false
complaints against contractors to avoid paying bills and using Hurricane Sandy
as a escape goat.
If you need anything else, please let me know.
Thank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: What
I am looking for is for them to stop trying to collect money from them
that is not owed. I NEVER signed a contract with them for any repairs. I
do not care if they have invoices for work, I did not sign any contract
with them for work or give them any deposits for work to be done. I
cannot see the supposed attachments that they are referring to so how
can I know if they are even of my property? I am not looking for any
compensation I just do not wish to be harassed by them for money any
more.  All I want is for them to stop sending collections agencies after
me!!

Review: Right after hurricane sandy P&E home remodeling came to my home to give me an estimate for the emergency tarping of my roof as well as an estimate for a new roof. Their price for the tarping was $1250. I called another company and they were willing to perform the same work for $250!! Of course I used the cheaper company. Shortly after I also received an extremely high estimate for my roof from P&E. Based on my earlier experience I had decided not to do business with them at all. I soon started receiving invoices from P&E for $1250 for their so called emergency services none of which were performed. Since I had not signed a contract or authorized them to do anything to my home or given them any deposit I disregarded the bills. Yesterday I received a notice from a collections agency that P&E is trying to send me to collections for this fraudulent bill! I have contacted P&E but not gotten any response. I feel that this company is trying to take advantage of the unfortunate situation created by Hurricane Sandy.Desired Settlement: I do not want ANYTHING from this company other than for them to stop trying to get me to pay a bill for services that were not done! I also want them to inform the collections agency that this is not an actual bill and to stop trying to recover money for it.
