Review: I was dealing with [redacted] Since the end of March. I was looking for a 1 bedroom and she promised to get me one. I did everything I was asked and was told she couldn't process my paperwork until she got the money. With her having a business I trusted everything she told me. I was told she needs to bring everything down to the office to represent me and I would set up a time to go as well. I was working and going to school full time so it became hard to keep up with her and the busy life she said she had once she received my money. 2 months pass and still no apartment I was then promised to move in for June [redacted] . I ordered furniture and everything only to get sent to voicemail every time I try to reach [redacted]. She recently sent me a text on Monday saying she has my paperwork and refund. I took off work and sat In front of her office for 6 hours only to find out she stopes answering me and she never showed up to open her business.Desired Settlement: I worked very hard to save up the money to finally move into my first apartment only to be robbed from P&P. I just want this nightmare to end and to have my money back please.

Review: We contacted [redacted] at P&P realty to help us get an apt. Which she did and we gave her $1300 as down payment to hold the apartment. At no time did she say this was a brokers fee. She has now for the past week and a half the run around. We wanted to move in last Saturday, August [redacted], 2013. But she could not get in touch with the landlord supposedly. This has been her excuse now for the past week. Today she has now surprised with the information that the landlord doesn't want them to move in. She tried to offer us another apartment but then had another family there, in front of us, sign the lease.Desired Settlement: We would like to move into the apartment we was promised. I would like to deal with the landlord personally.

We were refunded our money but did not get the apartment we had been promised and were left to search thru several different agencies for 3 plus weeks before we could finally find another apartment to move in to, which cause a family of 4 to be without housing that entire time.

I'm writing in response to complaint number [redacted] regarding a transaction with [redacted] and my office. [redacted] is my client not [redacted].

[redacted] has been my client for more than a year as a matter of fact I am the broker That moved [redacted] and her family where she currently lives now or where they just moved from. [redacted] is well aware of a broker fee because she paid a broker fee for her last apartment rental.

I showed [redacted] and her daughter [redacted] a two bedroom apartment located at [redacted] (second

floor) for $1300 per month.[redacted] loved the apartment and asked if I would again rent it to her. I told her to fill out another application as her old application was too old to use and present state id, social security card and proof of income. She did and asked if I could hold the apartment for three weeks because she didn't have all the money to get a lease and key. [redacted] left one month deposit but after days past by and [redacted] moved very slowly to complete the deal the landlord began to feel discouraged about renting the apartment to [redacted]. Landlord rented the apartment to another family and I returned the deposit back to [redacted] in full. I have included application and signed return receipt. I did offer [redacted] another

apartment however, by the time she Arrived to the building the new landlord had already chosen someone and was in the middle of a lease signing. I only wanted to service [redacted] the best way I knew how. [redacted] really did not have full documentation or enough money to move but because of our past History I decided to go the mile.

I am not sure what [redacted] wants from me but if I have offended anyone I apologize but by no means owe this family any money.

Review: I had given [redacted] the realtor at P&P Reality of New York $2,590 on May ** 2014 for a studio apartment. She led us on telling us that the aprtment was ours but the day before I was suppose to move in she came up with the excuse the the apartment wasn't ready. So I began to request a refund from her but only to find out that she had closed her business, and is no where to be found. I'm not the only one affected by this I drive by the building to see people looking for her everyday and she needs to be stopped. I have not heard from her since June *, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $2,590, and [redacted] in jail for scamming all these people including me.

Review: I and my husband made a deal with a real estate lady named [redacted] who cashed from us 2000.00 us deposit on October ** 2013, to hold a STUDIO APARTMENT located at [redacted] she gave us a cheap receipt and she is been scamming other people without any legal papers we've been trying to contact her but she doesn't want to deliver the service and keep our money, she is being playing and hiding in order to keep and fraud, please urgent she is faking a lot of people, I was waiting for the studio-apartment when I was in a shelter with my baby however I didn't have another choice to go with my family members or somewhere else, please help me this case to get my money back urgent she doesn't care to get sued, hope you reply me soon thank you.

Review: An apartment was paid for and not received. The apartment was never authorized for her to rent and now the Broker, [redacted], refuses to return the money in the amount of 3,800 dollars. When the police got involved, she gave me two checks that bounced and because of those bounced checks my credit has been negatively affected. Upon further investigation I received information that I am not the only victim. I would like the retrieval of my money and the revoking of her license, if she has one.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and for her operation to be shut down.

Review: On 1/**/14, [redacted]s realtor of P & P Realty took payment from [redacted] for an apartment located at [redacted].

It is now 5/**/14 and [redacted] has not followed through with apartment for [redacted].

[redacted] also has refused to refund [redacted]'s money.

Review: [redacted] was given $3900.00 for an apartment at [redacted] in November. On December *, 2013 she advised that she was told by the landlord that the apartment had a suprise inspection and some work needed to be done. On December *, she advised that the apartment was illegal, and offered for me and my daughter to still move in, as long as we did not tell. I told her I no longer wanted the apartment, and allowed her the opportunity to show me others. She was unable to show an apartment that I wanted, and I told her on Thursday 12/*/13, that I wanted my money returned to me on Friday December *, 2013, because that was her deadline to find me an apartment. She stated on she was unable to meet me on 12/*, so we shceduled to meet on 12/*for her to return the money. [redacted] arrived at my home at 8pm with $1900.00 only, and many excuses. I asked her to give me a receipt stating that only part of the funds were returned to me, and also that she would be returning the remaining balance of $2000.00 on Monday 12/*/13. I met with [redacted] at her office, and again she did not have the full amount. She refunded $1000.00 of the balance only, and had more excuses. I had her to write out another receipt stating that she would return the balance of the $1000.00 on 12/**/13. I am filing this complain on 12/**/13. Hopefully by the end of day today, I will have the balance of my $3900.00 returned to me.Desired Settlement: I am filing a complaint with the NYC Licensing, and would like to see her reprimanded, or have her license suspended for this behavior. I don't doubt for a second that I am not the first person that she has done this to considering that she has scored an F with the Revdex.com.

Review: My spouse and I came to seek [redacted] services in mid september. We viewed an apartment two blocks away and then came back to her office to fill out an application. Before leaving we put a cash deposit of $950.00 to hold the apartment and was told that we should be moved in by october [redacted]. At first she kept contact with us letting us know that the apartment was still in the process of being renovated. After some time she ceased contact with us and now refuses to refund our deposit. We are currently living in a homeless shelter and need this money to move with.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $950.00 in cash.

[redacted] contacted me a few days after I filed the complaint and stated that she wanted to resolve everything. After work I went to her office only to be standing there waiting 20min. for her and her daughter. When she finally arrives we go into her office and she invites in im guessing one of her clients. She then goes on to verbally bash me and tells me that she will not give me my money and that she refuses to reply to the complaint that I filed.

[redacted] came to the office looking for a cash refund without her receipt that had she and her partners name on it. I explained to her they would both need to come in to sign a return receipt as proof of payment. [redacted] became irate and disrespectful. I then called the facility where she currently lives and asked for her case manager [redacted] to explain why I would need him to pick up the funds on behalf of his resident. [redacted] completely understood my challenge dealing with [redacted] and her partner [redacted] and has an appointment to meet with me between February [redacted],2014 and February [redacted], 2014 if the weather permits us to meet. I will give [redacted] an official bank check on behalf of the couple in the amount of nine hundred and fifty dollars. I have called her so many times and she still been again manipulating the situation. Now I asked for help, because its December 15 now and I don't know when she can give us the money back however she said that the apartment was rented next day after we paid her the 2000.00 dollars of down payment. Alert she is holding $2000 dollars cash I have left her messages regarding her to return this amount of money, which turns into a waste of time, since then I haven't received anything from her, Her business habits or unethical behavior she has no sense of business. Review: I went to P & P Realty looking to rent an apartment. I was being helped by [redacted] License#[redacted]. We went to look at an apartment in a building on [redacted] in the Bronx. I gave [redacted] $2,550.00 cash towards the apartment, she said she would make the arrangements with the landlord. that was appx May [redacted]. I was working everyday and was leaving messages for [redacted], but she did not return any of my calls. About a week past and I still did not hear from the Realty or [redacted], so I went to the Realty Office in person, only to see that it was closed. That was June *, and there wasnt any sign or forwarding information posted. I returned everyday, only to see the Realty was closed. I still have not heard from [redacted] or the Realty Company, nor have I received my money back for services not rendered. I really need my money back, as I need to find an apartment to live and cant afford to replace the money that was given to what I thought was a legitamate business. I just dont know what to do. Can someone please help me??Desired Settlement: I ultimately need to find an apartment to live, so I need my money back so that I can have the down payment to do that.

Review: I ([redacted]) and my wife [redacted] have applied with a realty agency and she ([redacted]) is keeping $2985.00 of our money. This woman has kept our money going on two months now and has set up several bogus appointments for me and my wife to pick up our complete refund. Only each time we were confronted with some seemingly valid excuse for us not to receive a refund. I am a [redacted] that is facing homelessness and I just need this business transaction to be satisfied. Thank you and have a great day.

On several different occasions I have met with [redacted] and she has given me an excuse. She has even used my credit worthiness against me as a reason why I cant get my documents returned to me as well as a full refund. I have took the subway many times to only return with no refund and face another day for myself to become a homeless [redacted] once again. Help me please.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for non compliance of services. I would like her business license revoked because she scams people out of money and makes them wait like its ou fauld she can't conduct civil business.

After she told me to pick up my refund. I waited outside for over three hours that day, she has done this to me at least on four other occasions.
