Not the place to go for a "DIY'er" If you're a regular builder and have a really good grasp on what your needs are, this place might be OK for you However, if you have any questions at all or need some type of guidance then the only thing you'll get here is condescendance and be repeatedly told that "they can't tell you how to build it" Despite providing very specific dimensions of my structure, the first order was short by over sheets of metal ! When I drove all the way back down to pick up the difference and asked about what I may have done differently to prevent the problem, I was simply told they "process alot of orders and can't possibly be expected to remember what happened with mine" After making the mistake of throwing more business at them a second time, the second order was also short by track splice collars which seems like a pretty small deal until you're out in the field trying to get things done but can't because you're missing partsContacted them over weeks ago regarding the shortage and they have yet to resolve itIt could easily be said that both material shortages were my fault for not better understanding my metal requirements or going through each box of materials to ensure everything is there that's supposed to be However, when working with a company who cares about customer satisfaction you could also question if that's really necessary ?

Review: I purchased my bridal gown from the Panache Beverly Hills location which provided good customer service. However, the Beverly Hills location unfortunately ordered the wrong size of my dress and it is much too small- it will take a lot of time/money/work to fix this dress with alterations (if it can be done at all). Although Panache in Beverly Hills will not resolve this matter, my complaint is focused on the customer service at Panache Santa Barbara. After I talked with the manager at BH, and was waiting to receive a response on my complaint, the SB manager, Kimberly, called me to inform me that I would not receive my partial refund to cover the extensive alterations of the dress. She proceeded to lecture me on the history of Panache and it's "outstanding reputation" and that I was only one unsatisfied customer in a sea of very happy customers. She said she "just called to educate" me on the fact that my dress was indeed not too small (without seeing it). She continued to state untrue reasons to blame me for this terrible store mistake, such as 1. I had gained substantial weight since purchasing the dress, and 2. the BH store had offered me a larger size and I turned it down. Kimberly needs basic customer service training and I hope the owners of Panache recognize this. It is a poor business practice to have a store represented by someone who has no interpersonal skills or care for paying customers.Desired Settlement: I request a partial refund to cover the alterations cost of my dress. My dress cost was $3,000.00, and the refund amount I request is $550.00 as quoted my alterations person to attempt to fix the dress. As I stated to Panache, I will provide the invoice detailing the alterations charges of $550.00 I do not wish to have Panache SB alter my dress as a way to resolve this complaint. I am very uncomfortable with Kimberly's treatment and do not want to work alongside her to fix the dress.
