Perm did not work.refused to refund money.was not apologetic. Perm was not washed out on time which caused it not to process.Appt time was 10:10. Have voicemail to verify.when I got there I was 7 minutes late. They were upset and had to push back their other customers blaming me.they were rude but [redacted] my stylistic said she knew the receptionist did confirm the wrong spot time.I told her what I was looking for in style which was different size loose curls. She didn't ask any questions about hair type just if I had perm's in the past. I told her my hair was hard to curl. She suggested the roller size and how to wrap it. I verified d I wasn't interested in a spiral curl. I processed for 30 minutes but the sinks were not available and waited another 20 minutes before it could be rinsed a the neutrilzer put on. When she took the cutlers out I told her then it didn't look curly. She moussed and scrunched it which makes any hair look a little curly. She said when it dries it will curl more. As soon as it was dry and didn't curl I took picture and called. I wasn't even home yet. They said someone would call me.no one did. I drove back there afraid if they didn't see it they would try to say I did something.I talked to [redacted] she verified that I did not wash it. She said the earliest she could perm it was Monday. I asked if you could perm again so quickly. She said yes.I told her that I would accept that. She said she will do whatever I wanted but it was up to the owner. The owner said she wasn't an expert on perm's and made an spot for Monday. She never said anything about a consent form.Ileft but called back to find out whether I should go ahead and wash the chemical from my hair. That's when I was told that they did not say to reperm Monday. They said to wait 2 weeks and I would have to sign a consent form. I would follow the reccommendation but felt they should refund all but the gift card until the perm was redone and satisfactory. She refused. It became a heated debate and the owner hung up. She never answered my question about washing my hair. I don't trust them now and want the money refunded.it was 90$. Which was paid partially by a 40$ gift card I was given.Desired SettlementI want the perm redone but don't trust them that they wont do something right especially now. The insistence of me having to sign a consent form is just license for them not to do a good job. Redo the perm without consent form or refund of gift card and payment. Business Response Anytime we do a chemical service on someone that has had a chemical service done recently on their hair we get a form filled out. This protects us and proves that we explained to them what can happen to their hair. She came back in on Monday and we redid her perm. She seemed to happy when she left.
