Okay, so I purchased a ticket with this company for a o'clock p.m schedulingOnce I put in my card info the site rejected itSaid the server was downBy the time I put my card information in again, it was to late to purchase a ticket for the p.m so I purchased one for the 5:p.mAgain, their server was downI then got an email from the site saying that they had processed both payments so I called the number they give for customer service to explain to them what had happenedI had to finagle through the options to get a human operator and even they sent me to voicemailSo I went to the actual station for them to tell me that the number on the site was wrong and They don't have anything to do with the people who processed my payment, that they were a third partyI said ok, I bite the bullet and just pay another $120.oo (that's $360.oo total) at the bus station in cash figuring I'd just file a claim with my bank in case the "third party" tried something funnyNow here I am on the bus and the driver REFUSES to turn on the air conditioner after numerous passengers made a complaint about how hot it isNow I'm on the bus and when my child uses the rest room there's no damn toilet paper, luckily I had my ownIt's just way to much of an inconvenience when I'm paying a decent amount of money for SY customer serviceThere is no accommodation whatsoeverIt's like they don't even try to please the consumer anymore, they think getting us to and from is good enoughBut WHO in their right mind wants to ride 10+ hours uncomfortably? I'd rather pay the extra $40.oi to ride greyhound or catch a flight to ride comfortably

So I just wrote a review about this companyI complained about their lack of customer service and how it's almost impossible to file a complaint with their actual company and also about how the guy refused to turn on the air conditioner on the busWell right now I am currently standing outside on the curb at 2:a.m with my daughter and many other passengers waiting on another bus because it wasn't that the guy wasn't trying to turn on the air conditioner its that it didn't workYet the guy didn't notify us, he just pulled over alongside the road and tried to fix it (to no avail)We only found out about the problem once another bus showed up taking half the passengers on my bus and leaving the other half to wait for a second bus (which they said would take Minutes)My child is and has NEVER been out this late-let alone in a foreign townShe's tired and cold and we're waiting on a second bus as if I didn't pay my money to be somewhere-conveniently and ON TIME

On 7/*/i had taken the Pandora Bus From Atlanta to New York, and My seats was ripped, where I was assigned to sit
They had no air conditioning, and it was summer time
My cousin's foot became very swollen as well when we came back to New York

I am completely frustrated with pandora bus service I booked 4 tickets for my husband 2 children and I from new york city to commerce Georgia. Our bus was scheduled for 730 pm and we arrived on time. They made us wait for an 830 bus, long story short we stopped at virginia at 330 in the am and the bus broe down we didnt get any help until the next day at 1pm ruined everyones thanksgiving and the company and managers were so rude kept hanging up on their own driver and kept saying lies and basically left us stranded it was the worst trip in my life I would never ride with pandora bus again I had my two small children with me at the time and it was just so uncomftorable and messed up the way we were treated and how the situation was handled I would like my money back and more and I hope everyone that was a passenger on that bus takes some action and hopefully come together to resolve what happened that day.

So I just wrote a review about this company. Review: Pandora came up to us as a option instead of driving to our destination; Atlanta - New York. Pandora bus offered a straight ride from its [redacted] location. We had been warmed that there is nothing fancy about the bus so I wasn't bothered that we had to load and unload our own items on the bus. The concerns started when we boarded the bus and noticed how close the seats were. They used an old [redacted] bus but it was obvious the seats had been altered, I guess to fit more people. I'm only 5'2 and it was uncomfortable for me, I can only imagine what my almost 6 foot husband and son were feeling. Along the ride, the bus made several pit-stops for pick up additional passengers. The tickets we purchased as well as their check-in representative said there were no other stops other than restroom breaks and gas fuel. Prior to one stop, the driver realizes he has just missed his exit and proceeds to stop the bus on the I85 N shoulder and back the bus up. ON THE SIDE OF THE HWY! After about 100 yards in reverse he decided it was to far and does what should have been done in the first place; go to the next exit and backtrack. There were between 6-8 unlisted stops for passengers not listed on the manifest, some did include opportunity for the driver to be switched out. The final stop revealed the bus was overbooked. There weren't enough seats but the driver let some guy to squeeze in another, unwilling, passenger. After the bus pulls off he decides to stand in the rear in front of the restroom. At some point he engages in explicit music and pornographic material on his phone, without headphones. The final driver, a correctional officer, finally let us off the bus for our first break about 1 am. I addressed the seating issue with him and he addressed it. Due to the over booking confusion, the numerous stops for new passengers and no breaks, many passengers were disgruntled and argumentative. We forfeited our return trip due to the disorganization and unaccommodating seating.

I'm totally aware of Pandora Bus's "No Refund" policy but I believe they should refund if a person opts not to use their product due to unsatisfactory and potentially hazardous work. Keep in mind, there was overbooking, and the vehicle was reversed on a major interstate. It would be appreciated to get my return trip fees returned.

Review: I bought an online ticket for a bus pass from Baltimore to New York City from Pandora Bus. The bus never arrived at the pickup location. When I called the bus company to ask where the bus was they had no idea and told me they don't give refunds and I should take another bus by Pandora or United. I asked them when and where the later bus was and they did not know so they gave me another number to contact. When I dialed the other number nobody picked up. There was no voicemail either. I decided to use another bus company to reach my destination. Two days later I contacted Pandora to ask for a refund. The lady representing Pandora asked me for my confirmation number and I provided it. I explained the bus never arrived and I would like a refund. She asked me why I waited two days to ask for a refund and then explained it was my fault for waiting so long. I tried to get further clarification on why it was my fault and then she hung up on me. I don't think its inappropriate to charge someone for a service you don't provide. At the very least I should have been given a refund or a ticket exchange. There were approx. 10 other people at the bus location that also weren't allowed a refund either and had to find other travel arrangements.Desired Settlement: I would like my bus ticket refund for $30. For me the ticket wasn't a lot of money but it was a lot for the other people that waited. If possible I would like Pandora to be investigated for fraud and/or negligence. I don't think Pandora should be allowed to be in business with their current business model. Based on the reviews I read, I'm not the first person this has happened too.

Review: Pandora Bus operates at a sub-standard level of service, safety, and customer wellness. We purchased a ticket for our college-age son to travel to NYC for a summer internship program.

The bus arrived one hour and fifteen minutes late; the bus was filthy; the driver was smoking a cigarette; passengers were meandering off the bus at will with no direction or supervision from the driver; a dog had been smuggled onto the business at the point of origin;passengers were permitted to smoke cigarettes in the bathroom of the bus.

The driver failed to control the situation; the passenger with the illegally boarded dog refused to depart from the bus and woefully disregarded the directions and instructions from the driver. The ensuing argument between the driver and the dog owner only delayed the bus departure longer.

The overall condition of the bus was sub-standard and of questionable serviceability. This company operates with little or no regard for customer service. I attempted repeatedly to contact ANYONE to ascertain status information; all to no avail. The safety of my son and the other passengers on this bus was compromised by the lack of language skills and the inability of the driver to communicate or control the situation.Desired Settlement: This company should not be allowed to continue to operate under these conditions. I have spoken to others who have used this service and they all agree that it is absolutely unsatisfactory and unsafe.

Review: I purchased a ticket from [redacted] to [redacted] on Friday 6/** at 5:10 am on the Pandora bus line through an online system [redacted]. The Pandora bus never showed up causing me to miss half the class I was taking in **.. I called Pandora on Friday but there was no answer and no voice mail system. I followed up with Pandora Tuesday 6/** and was told they have no records for drivers or buses back to Friday and sorry, but I should have contacted them on Friday. I also reached out through [redacted] but all I got was an offer (they never followed through on) to book me on another Pandora bus. First, I don't need another bus ticket and secondly, I do not trust this bus company. I cannot afford to be stood up again. I simply want my money refunded. The woman who answered the phone at Pandora screamed at me. Here is my Itinerary ID: [redacted].Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back. $30.

Review: Purchased a ticket online through [redacted] for a trip leaving [redacted] 6/**/15 @ 11:00PM from [redacted]. to New York arrival scheduled for 8:30am at [redacted] 6/**/15. Then we also purchased a ticket for 2 hours later to ensure enough time to transfer to another bus leaving New York on the [redacted] @ 10:30AM to Boston, MA arrival 2:30PM. I 3 hours after booking received a email informing us that the bus stop had been moved from [redacted] in [redacted] to [redacted] in [redacted] and they apologized for any inconvenience.

we arrived at bus stop at 10:22pm as requested from Pandora bus ticket 20 minutes earlier then departure of 11:00PM. We waited 1 1/2 and still no bus. We attempted to call the number on bottom of ticket (###-###-#### no answer) & (###-###-#### spoke to lady) and was informed that there was traffic in south Carolina but bus should be here soon. Another 1 went by now total of 2 1/2 hours and still no bus Finally at 2:35AM 6/**/15 Friday the bus arrived and only let only 2 people on the bus because they were overbooked. People were violently yelling and screaming and bus driver yelled back that they have to wait for the next bus. My husband was one of the 2 people in line so he got on the bus and thankfully a lady sitting with her child put child in her lap and gave my husband a seat to ensure the bus could leave. He attempted to ask the driver about now definitely missing his connecting bus from new York to boston, ma due to bus being 3 1/2 HOURS LATE and how would he be accommodated because he would have to buy another ticket per the [redacted] company night attendant. Driver said "We'll see".

Now @ 10:14AM 6/**/15 when my husband is on the bus but after having another lay over for an extra hour because police had to be called after stopping again at a bus stop and driver informed passengers that they would need to wait because there was no seats patrons got violently upset again the bus was only on the Jersey Turnpike and 153 miles outside of New York. He was to catch the cpnnecting bus @ 10:30am in New York, so we again called both companies to see if we could get some assistance or resolution to our issue that once we got to New York whatever time that will be our bus would be gone and we would have to purchase another ticket to get to Boston, MA. Finally reached the Pandora bus desk staff in New York and informed a lady what was going on and she immediately started yelling at me asking me what did I want her to do, and that I should have took a plane, and talk to driver then hung up on me. I then called back 5 times more and call was directed to a message that states this number ###-###-#### doesn't have voicemail set up call back later. Finally I called from my other phone and the lady answered and I asked her not to hang up on me but to listen and understand where I can understand their situation of traffic but not to be informed of a 3 1/2 hour delay and then to pushed aside as if our business, or concerns aren't important or even their concern, and to be verbally degraded/abused in front of the whole bus/gas station when my husband tried to talk to the driver about his issue as directed by desk in new York or not even offer a resolution like we will talk to other company, or give voucher for another ticket, or assist with your new purchse for the bus you missed is inappropriate as a company dealing with consumers as part of their service. To have a bus delayed 3 1/2 hours and not to even sympathize is absurd for a business to continue to offer healthy service for all the communities its supposed to serve. the bus number was outside 3333, it said panda bus on the outside, but on the inside bus # said [redacted] the driver was an Asian man (sorry he wouldn't give his name of course) with a maroon hat, and blue collar polo shirt. Im typing this letter to inform you of a business that definitely cant be practicing. or functioning under the bus regulations for handling business issues. By the way its now 11:35am and My husband is still not in New York. His ticket confirmation Number is [redacted], schedule ID is [redacted]o 7:55pm-11:00PM New York.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to be held accountable for their service or lack there of. Im asking for reimbursement for my husband's ticket that he purchased from them for $35.00, for the 3 1/2 hour delay and no accommodations or acknowledgement, and reimbursement of the new ticket he is going to have to purchase once he gets to new York for $25.00. I believe this company shouldn't be allowed to continue to represent the valued bus companies that are out there with Valued customers.
