Review: I purchased a house from their panhandle homes of the eastern panhandle division of their business. When I purchased my house they stated that they would finish paving the road once they finished their last townhouse in the development of [redacted]. They finished their last townhouse in april and have since not followed through with the paving. They informed the HOA that it would be done in July. After July past I contacted them and they then said in the fall. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and have not received a reply as to when they plan on finishing our streets. The fall is almost over and there is no sign they plan on paving. The base level of paving is damaged in several locations and conditions continue to deteriorate. Without the proper paving the storm grates are unable to properly remove water and causing flooding in the streets. As winter approaches the weather and the plows will continue to cause more damage to the base level.Desired Settlement: My ideal outcome is that Panhandle would come through with what they had promised the home owners they sold homes to and pave our streets before winter comes.
