On Monday 24,2014. I placed a order of eighty pieces of Mexican bread. The owner charged me more because she made them a little bigger for me.I picked the bread up that same day at 8:40 pm.I paid 60.06. The owner placed the order in two big boxes for me. When we left we went straight home placed the two boxes of bread on the kitchen table.The house temperature was 78 degrees. We started cutting the bread in half like around 10:40 pm. And we notice that the bread was hard witch was weird because since it was freshly made it should not had gotten hard and so fast. So we got two breads one we cooked with butter to see if maybe it would soften up and another one we added mayo and it was still hard. Before we went to bed we placed the bread back in the box n left it on the kitchen table. We woke up the next morning at 7:00 because we needed it for a family reunion.And the bread was still hard so I called the owner and she accused me of lying and said I did something to bread. So I told her I would take her the bread so she could see it. But mean while we had to buy more bread at another store because we could not use that hard bread.So we went two buy another seventy-five pieces of bread and paid an extra 45 dollars. That I didn't have two spend.We went back the where we had bought the hard bread too talk to the lady so she could see the bread her self and know that I was not lying too her. But she just kept accusing me of lying witch I didn't have no reason because I needed the bread and I paid extra for that same reason. So I wanted her to at least give me half of the money that I spent on the bread because we where both losing money but she didn't want to come to a settlement. I went twice to see if I could change her mine and she just didn't she was in denial. So I left and now I wanna she what I can do to get at least half of the bread money. Because I could not use that bread so basically I just throw 60 dollars away . I don't think its fear that she gave me bread that was going to get hard.Product_Or_Service: Mexican bread Desired SettlementI went to the owner to try to work something out with her and not involve any other people in it but she was in denial to come to a settlement. I asked her for a least half witch was 30 dollars at least but now I want all the money I spent on the bread witch was 60.06. Because that bread just went to the the trash because I could not use it for anything else. So I want to see if y'all can do something to help me out.
