I have today received a Revdex.com complaint file by you on 03/13/14... Case # XXXXXXXX.
This is the first Revdex.com complaint Panmet Group Inc as ad in or 25 years.

Do you wish to recant your complaint and save Panmet further...

aggravation dealing
with the Revdex.com, or are you intent on maintaining this action? My understanding was
we concluded our dealings amicably and satisfactorily.

I note your desired resolution per the Revdex.com is to pay $400 demurrage as agreed plus
only 7 days at retention ... total $715. Since we only invoiced and collected $400 on
our amended invoice XXXXX, does that mean we can indeed invoice you the $315.00
balance previously disputed?

Please clarify your position both to me and the Revdex.com. If you agree to the additional
$315 I will send you that invoice in good faith of your satisfaction and agreement to
settle this additional element amicably.

Revdex.com, please note the $500 provisional costs were refunded as promised. Mr. [redacted]
will confirm same I am sure.

From Panmet: Panmet simply asks Mr [redacted] to pay the balance of what he stated to Revdex.com in his Desired Resolution.
Panmet reversed all costs Mr [redacted] objected to. Panmet refunded all provisional costs as agreed.
Mr [redacted] paid only $400 he agreed to.
Mr [redacted] agrees to pay an additional $315.
With Mr [redacted] permission we will happily close tha matter with Mr [redacted] payment of $315 balance of the $715 as per his Desired Resolution.
A check for $315 mailed to:
Panmet Group Inc P.O.Box 249 Medinah IL XXXXX
at Mr [redacted] convenience closes the matter.
Panmet has no further claim or complaint and we feel we have responded to every complaint against us in this matter. Respectfully. [redacted]

As indicated in my previous response, all financial aspects of the transaction have been taken care off as of 03/14/2014. This is supported by Panmet original response.
The offer referenced by Panmet was made on 3/13 AM prior to the settlement reached with Carousel. Panmet persists in billing me for $315.00 which was settled with Carousel.
