Review: A few months ago my school hired this company to take and produce pictures for the class. I took portrait pictures and also ordered invitations for graduation. Upon return of the invitations, I noticed the quality was completely atrocious and inconsistencies existed on the invitation with regards to the degree being awarded. I emailed the support address informing them of the issues and they stated a refund would be issued in some days. I waited and waited and did not receive the refund. I again contacted the company and they again said a refund would be issued to me. I waited again and still no refund was issued. I contacted the business a total of 4-5 times and I have email records to prove it. To this day I have yet to receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund be mailed to the address on file. That is what I would like. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. You can not conduct business in this manner.

Review: I purchased a diploma frame at the end of February 2014. I was told the frame would be ready at the time of my graduation (May 2014). I notified the representative that I would not be at the ceremony and that I would be moving across the country in July 2014, and he said it would be ready before the graduation date. He asked if I would attend a webinar as a "model," and in exchange I would receive $50 off, and I agreed. I never received an e-mail or notification about the frame. I contacted the company in June 2014 and after several attempts to try and find out what happened with my order, I requested a refund. The company said it would ship the frame. I was supposed to get $50 off since I helped at the webinar. The representative said the $50 covered additional costs (that weren't disclosed to me at time of purchase) and shipping fees (although there wouldn't have been shipping fees had the frame been ready in May, June, or July before I moved across the country). I received the frame and it was extremely larger than I expected- so large that it can't hang in my office and it did not have my school's seal, as was discussed at time of purchase. There are no dimension sizes listed on the website or on the flyer the representative sent me. There was also a large, visible scratch on the frame.

I immediately notified the company and was told the manager was out of the country for two weeks. There is no refund/return information on the website, and the employees I spoke to said I had to wait for the manager and he would take care of me. I waited the two weeks and have called and e-mailed multiple times. Employees have said the manager will call me back "this afternoon" or "within two hours" but that has not happened.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money I paid for the frame. I would also like instructions on how to ship the frame back to the company and for the company to cover the shipping costs for the return because had the order not been several months late, there would not have been shipping fees to begin with. The manager was kind during our interactions, but I've had to buy a new diploma frame because it's been too hard to get in contact and resolve the issues.

Review: The company has been fradulent in advertising. The company uses college students to extract money from their accounts without producing quality pictures. They insist on hidden fees after you complain about the service and product, therefore you recieve no refund. They argue with you and try to wear you down instead of trying to resolve any issue the customer has. Its sad that they perfer to swindle college students instead of providing a experience for the expected graduate.Desired Settlement: A refund of $40.00
