Review: I called to cancel my propane service on 11/**/13, they stated they would pick up my propane tank and refund my deposit on the tank. On 11/[redacted]/13 I called a second time as they had not yet picked up my propane tank. At this time I spoke with Kathy, she apologized said they would pick the tank up in the next day or so and my refund would be sent to me in a week. My tank was picked up but I never received a refund check. I called on 12/**/13, 1/**/14, and 1/**/14 regarding my refund. I was told they could not give me a timeframe, the owner was busy and when he had time he would get me the money, and when it isn't so cold they will send me a refund. Each time I called the owner was not available and had not had time to approve my refund. Even though they could confirm that I was definitely due my $200 . On 1/**/14 I submitted an online complaint on Panstar's website stating all of the above information and letting them know if I was contacted in some way that I would be forced to file a report with the Revdex.com. Every Propane delivery was paid the day of delivery and at no time did I owe them any money.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $200 deposit in the form of a check.
