Panther Family Fun Center

Review: I reserved for a party at the Panther Laser Tag & Fun Center. I prepaid for 12 guest. There were only 9 participants. I should have been charged for 9 and they refused to give me a itemized bill or a receipt for the credit card charges. They did offer a gift card for the difference which they said was their policy however the policy makes no mention of this practice. I adhered to their policy and I deserve a refund of the difference.Desired Settlement: I need an itemized bill so that I know what I paid for and I want the difference between 9 players and 12 players noted on the bull and then credited to my credit card.

Review: I was following my GPS home Sunday May 5th 2013 yesterday at around 5:30 and found and was curious and stopped by your Panther Family Center and inquired about three Laser tag tickets for my son, his spouse and I to play laser tag.

I was in the middle of discussing whether we wanted to purchase the tickets or not and my sons spouse decided she didnt want to play.

I was in the middle of the discussion but for some reason he ran up the transaction as I was explaining this to him. Therefore I asked that the transaction be cancelled immediately and before a receipt came out the printer the Gentleman present at the time said there was a no refund policy.

I explained to him that a sign would need to be posted and told me a sign wasnt necessary because it was corporate policy.

I called earlier today 6 May 2013 4:30 from my office and spoke to a [redacted] and he explained that there was a sign clearly posted. I am confused as why the front desk person didnt bother to point out the sign at the time. I guess if he did this would still remain an issue because services were still never rendered. However, at least this would increase your creditability as to the fact there was a signed posted and why you refused to refund my money.

[redacted] told me that he wasnt the person that could refund this transaction anyway and referred me to you.

Here is my position that I am preparing preparing if this needs to go further:

1. Services were never rendered

2. Services were never offered and no services were offered in exchange

3. Transaction was never completed an agreed to with my signature to validate the authorization to charge my credit card.

4. If there was valid signage the gentleman at the front desk had an obligation to point it out, and if sign was present it was clearly not visible to a normally observant person at the time of the transaction.Desired Settlement: Full refund
