Review: I ordered a pizza from this location back on 7/**/15 for my son while I was at work. The delivery woman would not give my son the food because he did not have the actual credit card with him even though I called and explained my son was home and I was working. Since they did not deliver the food I asked for a refund the same day. When I called today on 7/**/15 about my refund the MANAGER himself told me I would have to wait another 3 days for him to discuss the situation with the delivery woman when she comes to work. This was my second time calling about my refund since the beginning and the manager still refused to issue a refund or deliver another pizzaDesired Settlement: I would like a refund so I can be done with this particular business location because I was not handled professionally at all.

Two hours passed and did not get a call with order, I was trying hard to contact the local Papa Johns store, only was getting a busy tone. I decided to call the Call center number - and the rep also attempted to contact the local store, but also, got a busy tone and told me to call next day to cancel the order. after a while received a phone call from phone number ####-###-#### asking me if the order was needed still, we have already ordered from somewhere else, because of the lack of response from local store, and also because, the call center rep, told me to call back the next day to cancel the order. Now the order shows as completed . and we never received the items and the caller told me she was going to cancel the order. Called back again to the Call Center, and supervisor today told me "they do not have empowerment over local stores, that they are just middle men between businesses. This situation has created a situation for me to change my credit card number, because I do not trust Papa Johns any longer.Desired Settlement: Total $36.94
