Review: Initially ordered a large pizza with three toppings online, those toppings were breaded chicken, bacon, and onions. Delivery time was prompt, and the driver was compensated for their prompt arrival. Subsequent to the departure of the driver, and in the midst of checking the product for accuracy, I noticed, the breaded chicken topping was not present. I immediately called the store, a team member answered the phone, and was totally rude from the beginning of the conversation, reluctantly transferring me to the store manager whose name is [redacted]. He began to question me about the pizza that his store had failed to accurately deliver to the paying customer, I advised him I would like a corrected pizza, he then yelled "I want my pizza back!", because the store was handling my food I refrained from confrontation. I never once received an apology from [redacted], I also had to wait an additional fourthy five minutes for the correct pizza that I ordered from the beginning. I filed a complaint with the Papa John's customer service department, the owner [redacted] then deletes my complaint, without any rectification, or reprimand. This is a prolonged issue that requires the Revdex.com's involvement, simply because the owner does not wish to take a paying customer's complaint, and right the wrongs of his employees. At this time, because this issue is two weeks in the barrel, I am requesting a full refund of the amount spent. Worst Papa John's in the state of Maryland, in my opinion!Desired Settlement: Full refund, and written apology. Action needs to be taken at the [redacted] location
