I submitted a very detailed drawing of my roof and purchased the "Turn key" metal roof package for my home from Builders Discount Supply New Bern NCI was assured repeatedly that everything I needed to complete the job was in the packageThe package was short my almost $worth of materialsTheir employee admitted to botching his calculations but Builders Discount refused to pay for the materials Bottom line is that the package was misrepresented and I was forced to buy additional materials from themThere are Consumer Protection laws against this type of Bait & Switch policy

I am a retired person and live in a older home that still had some old galvanized pipes over years old Jesse replaced all the old pipes and put in Pex piping with a new regulator and under sink water cutoff This was no easy job as it was in a tight crawl space under the house Jesse completed the work in about hoursI am so pleased with the work and the priceJesse also recently replaced the water supply shutoff valves for my washer when they began leaking after a new washer was installed He rushed over and had new valves installed in less than an hour! I highly recommend Jesse for people who want the job done right at a fair and reasonable price!

I will definitely reach back out to this customer in the next day or so to offer her something for the headache

1) order was web pick up hence customer picked up from store and store always show all customer their pizza
well done pizza are made to cook longer and it is always have extra brown visual color
we did give two time free pizza on
her complain and every time we said if pizza is not ok than bring it back and we can make it again We never got pizza back and still we gave two time free
we still offer 4th time free and cannot refund because at fist place she got huge discount and we replace twice so in fact in $we gave away extra pizza and still customer is complaining is not fair for our small business

1-Pizza were never 'shown' to meI don't believe any pizza restaurant does notThis response is not true
2-Well done is well done, not dry and brittleThese pizzas were over done and not edible
3-I have already stated that free pizzas were offeredBut I was not remotely satisfied in having more from Papa Johns, therefore politely declinedI do not have time to assume pizzas will be cooked or notNor do I want to have pizzas delivered/picked up just to see they are not doneI did not wish to fail my family again with no dinner to eat
3- Pizzas were offered yet again, this time more forciblyAgain, I very politely declined asking for a full refundI cannot believe that a known pizza chain would make a comment that I got a 'huge' discount and should therefore not be offered a full refund for what I paid for$or $200, I paid for an edible meal for my family and did not receive oneThe order was NEVER REPLACED by this chain! I order once from their location and once onlyWhere this restaurant is getting that I received pizzas for $is insulting! I ordered pizzas and paid $because of online offersAll pizzas were severely overdone and not edible by any member of my family
What I am asking for is a mere $order to be refunded to meAs a large company but owned individually is not fair to a consumer to have to fight for a refundI do not ever intend to order from Papa John's in any location, ever againI have stated more than enough times that I will not accept a replacement or coupons good for free pizzasMy money will be spent at a pizza restaurant that never fails to provide very good foodI'm sorry that PJ did not work out for me but I believe as a consumer I have a right to have my money refunded

At Papa Johns on New years eve, I ordered large topping Pizzas w a liter of soda which was advertised on the window of the store for $If a large pizza is in, why was I given in pizzas in a inch box that covered up the in sign on it? Fraud?
