While Mr [redacted] is correct in the fact I removed the pump and left the premisesMr [redacted] has only given part of the storyYes we did agree that $was the price but it was for labor onlyI bought the lumber,tile, sheetrock, plumbing and the transfer pump to build the platform for the showerOn the subject of job being delayed I told Mr [redacted] that I was very busy but because he was a friend of ***'s I would fit him in!! Once I got to the job and started work the project moved along nicely until it was time to install pumpThe pump was ordered at the start of work and ended up being on back order for some period of timeI conveyed this delay to Mr [redacted] and told him it was back ordered and I would complete the job when it arrivedWhich I did On Saturday 3/18/I arrived started the work and when almost finished I asked about the email and final paymentMr [redacted] said he was confused on why I was charging the extra $and I told him it was for the cost of materialHe explained his view and told me he was confused and I explained it againHis response was I don't understand and if you are asking for additional $then you better stop work and I will get someone else to complete the workI took that as I was being dismissed from the premisesI gathered my tools took the pump that I paid for and leftAs I was leaving I told Mr [redacted] to have a nice day! If he wants me to complete this work he must return my call that I tried on Monday stating I wanted to discuss completionI have no problem working for this client and look forward to the completion and putting this situation behind us

I have attempted to contact this customer and have left a voicemail issuing a credit as well as a store phone number to contact myself

I have talked to this customer and Mr***' sectional has arrived in our warehouse as of April 18th I called him and notified him Many of the complaints he stated were taken out of context and not directed toward him at all I have talked to him since this complaint was filed,
and informed him that I could not cancel his order and apologized for any misunderstandings He will be picking up his sectional this weekendThe dining room furniture was delayed from the factory for another four weeks, circumstances beyond our control, as we never guarantee any estimated ship timesThis situation has been resolved between Mr *** and Coffey FurnitureIf you have any further questionsplease contact me at 828-212-1396. They have responded - and responded very well I might addI received a call today and they said they will refund my money AND send me free pizzasIf they do follow through on this I am VERY happy to stay a customer of theirs - I DO love
their pizza and would hate to not get to have it

Complaint #[redacted] in regards to JR Mangino of Mangino Custom Finishes of Malta, NY arrived at my place of business, [redacted], NY, 12866 today, Thursday, 03/30/2017 to complete the job we originally agree upon.  This matter is now "RESOLVED" by both JR Mangino, and myself.

While Mr. [redacted] is correct in the fact I removed the pump and left the premises. Mr. [redacted] has only given part of the story. Yes we did agree that $1200 was the price but it was for labor only. I bought the  lumber,tile, sheetrock, plumbing and the transfer pump to build the platform...

As I was leaving I told Mr. [redacted] to have a nice day!  If he wants me to complete this work he must return my call that I tried on Monday stating I wanted to discuss completion. I have no problem working for this client and look forward to the completion and putting this situation behind us.

Review: Why I will not order from Papa John's again: I ordered a large pizza with Mushrooms and Onions online. (I no longer eat meat -Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb etc). The pizza was delivered by the [redacted], NJ store located on [redacted]. When I opened the box I noticed that they added green peppers to the pizza which was no problem because I like them. However, when I bit into the slice I was shocked to see that the pizza contained CHICKEN as well. Immediately, I called the [redacted] store to advise them of the error and the shift manager, [redacted], was extremely rude to me. At first she suggested that I come to the store to pick up the pizza myself. I told her that this was a company error and the correct pizza should be delivered to me. Additionally, I requested a credit for the inconvenience. [redacted] became extremely disrespectful and told me that I do not deserve the credit. I requested to speak with her manager. She told me that my information would be given to her manager. I made a second request asking for her manager's information and she rudely hung up the phone on me!!

I called right back and [redacted] answered the phone. I asked her why did she hang up the phone on me and she attempted to lie. Once she realized that I would not accept her lie, she admitted that she did indeed disconnect the phone on me out of anger. However, she could not give a specific answer as to why she was so disrespectful. The only reason that I could come up with is that she is frustrated and overwhelmed with her job because it showed in her phone demeanor.

I am so upset that I was treated this way and I plan on filing a better business claim. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on a product that is prepared and sold by ungrateful and unthankful employees. I am more than a customer, I am a human being and I deserve respect!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and a verbal apology from the shift manager, [redacted].
