Review: Also, Customer Service and Refund Issues:[redacted], owner of Papjimm Construction, Inc. remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (installed kitchen cabinets and completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom floors). Two years later (December 2012), one of the kitchen cabinets fell completely off the wall. I had another contractor reattach this cabinet, only to find out that none of the cabinets were installed correctly. Therefore, I had to pay to get all of the top cabinets reinstalled/reinforced after only two years. I also learned the microwave was not attached properly either. I immediately brought this to [redacted]'s attention. He did not accept responsibility nor offer an apology. [redacted] instead provided unacceptable excuses for the cabinets falling (dishes too heavy, anything could happen after two years, etc.) This is clearly also a safety hazard and could have injured someone in my household. A few other services perform by [redacted] at this same time in 2010 was done poorly and again, I had to repay another contractor for the repairs, some repairs shortly after the work was completed. I have reached out to [redacted] several times by phone, text, letter and e-mail in efforts to resolve this matter. In addition, I provided a detailed invoice of the work that had to be redone on the cabinets and microwave, requesting a reimbursement of these fees. [redacted] has continued to ignore my request. Therefore, I am contacting you to request that you please intervene on behalf to make this whole.Desired Settlement: Requesting a reimbursement of at least $585.00 plus($500.00 for reattach cabinets and microwave and 85.00 for other work that had to be redone). Other work that was redone, the contractor charged me by the hour, so I need to find out the breakdown of prices to determine how much more is owed.
