Review: I bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, brought it home (55 miles away) and found a broken spring and leaks underneath. It was not legally inspected. Brought it back, some items repaired (I think only those items they had to for it to really pass inspection). I also asked for body work to be done properly--the hinges were painted over the rust rather than sanded down and painted properly, refused to fix. Failed to provide a vehicle during repairs(they had to keep the Jeep becuase they couldn't get parts). [redacted] promised gas money for my travels, but never gave it to me. Additional repairs were needed within a couple of weeks. I chose to return vehicle at about 2,000 miles. Dealer kept $500 from my refund. [redacted] said it was due to "mileage". He refused to put reason in writing and said "it's in your warrant." Poor customer service. I called and left two messages for the owner to try to work this out, no response.Desired Settlement: $500 from the return of the vehilce that was not refunded 330 miles of driving to the dealership due to the repair problems x .565 $186.45gas money promised by [redacted] for having to borrow a car during repairs $100lost time: $263.55Total: $1050

Customers complaint was a bad spring. We fixed It! Customer had complaint about hinges on doors! We touched them up!! We did everything we are supposed to and customer still isn't happy!! We did not promise to paint hinges in bodyshop!!! We then needed a copy a a drivers liscence to get vehical registered! They did not send to us! I After two months of trying we told her to just bring car back if she wants!! We did not have to do this!!We were being nice!!! The 500 dollars less we gave her was for the 2300 miles she put on car, depreciation and detail of car!! We told her that!! This is a case of buyers remorse!! We have since sold the car and the new customer loves it!!! We have no problems with this vehical!!! Thank you, [redacted], General Manager
