I am rejecting this response because:
We have not received our entire order to date. We did receive most of the order but not all. We are missing the winter cover as well as a water test kit. The pool was delivered in numerous parts mostly unorganized in open or broken boxes. I've called again, (June 2nd or 3rd) to inquire about our winter cover and test kit and to date not a phone call or delivery of the missing pieces.

Review: I ordered a replacement canopy for an outdoor umbrella and liked it so much that I decided to order second one knowing that the sun here in the Phoenix area would destroy the fabric in 4-5 years. I placed an order for the umbrella canopy as well as three solar heat dispensers shaped like fish. I got the three fish, but the umbrella cover did not arrive. I have attempted to get this resolved via e-mail - with no reply, and via phone where three times they said they would research and call me back, but they never called. Here is the link to the item that I did not get: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would take a refund, but I would really like for them to send me the canopy.

Review: I ordered a spa table on April 13th, 2015. I received order confirmations, and even a call verifying my order. The order was to take "about 3 weeks" as per the website and our conversation. My [redacted] was billed soon after this.

4 weeks later I called inquiring about my product and or a tracking number. I was told my product had been shipped and would be here soon. Another week goes by, another call. Distributor screwed up....now it's shipped. Week number 6, I called (4th time) and spoke to ([redacted]) and after a couple callbacks, he claimed the software was glitched from the website and they couldn't find my order. I gave him the order info and he called back stating it was a distributor problem and screw up, but that my table was on it's way and would be here by Saturday, May 30th. So, I waited. And now as of June 2nd, I have tired of the game and just want my money refunded. How tough is it to provide tracking information on 40 pound product???

I have opened a case with [redacted] as well, but that resolution will take time.

I also see they have an "F" rating from the Revdex.com for the same delivery issues. I sure wish I would have researched them further before purchasing from them.

I would still accept the table, and an apology for such poor customer service and running away from customer problems.Desired Settlement: I would accept either a refund or the table I ordered. Preferably a tracking number to let me know it actually exists.

Review: PRODUCT NOT SHIPPED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER E-MAIL. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ONLY 1 TIME OUT OF MANY PHONE CALLS. THAT 1 TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP THE NEXT DAY. STILL NO SHIPPING INFORMATION.Desired Settlement: DELIVERY OF ORDER AND SOME CUSTOMER CONTACT.

Review: I ordered from their online store the end of December, 2013. That day I received 3 emails saying order received, payment accepted and ordered shipped. A month later and I still have received my order.I have left a VM with their area code 203 number, I have emailed them several times. I did get an email from Ron Parr stating that he did place my order and would check into it. He also said he would get back to me by the end of that business day, Jan. 22, 2014. I never heard back from him and have emailed him twice. Now the money was deducted the day the order was placed. They have my money and I have nothing. Very frustrated!Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of my purchase ASAP or a refund ASAP

Review: I ordered the following on December 30th, 2015:

Signature Lateral 2 Tier Spa Step, 36", Item#: SL36

Time to delivery is listed as up to 14 business days. It is now January 27th and there is no delivery information, no return of e-mails or phone calls. No contact of any sort is returned. Money was charged at time of purchase. This unfortunately feels like a scam.Desired Settlement: I would prefer delivery or the order, or at least a tracking number or date--actually communication of any kind. However, I'm running out of patience and would prefer a full refund if the ordered item cannot be delivered quickly.

Review: I purchased online chemicals for my pool on June 1st 2015 for the purchase price of 122.97. Par Pool and Spa then charged my credit card and never delivered the product. I called to inform them 3 weeks after my purchase that I no longer wanted the chemicals. I have never received a refund. I have called them several times and have sent them several emails regarding my refund. As of today I have not received a refund.
