Once again...As stated Mr [redacted] has signed a contract and we wish to uphold the contractIf his wishes are to cancel as he states then we will have to seek either possible arbitration or mediation in regards to the binding contract that he entered into with ParaCapital Group and Mr [redacted] I have contacted [redacted] and they have informed me that this is a civil matter and not a real estate matter

We are currently investigating this dispute as to its validityParaCapital Group attorneys have been notified as to this recent complaint [redacted] has been informed of this ongoing issue and we are looking into resolving this matter the best way we can

[[redacted] Banning and ParaCapital Group have violated the good trust of the contract through inappropriate actions and abuse. I have made many requests to have the contract cancelled based on the company's "cancel anytime" policy. Both [redacted] and [redacted] have verbally agreed to terminate. They have caused distress to my family and have failed to take appropriate action. Additionally, they are in violation ethical and legal practices, including stating that they are Revdex.com accredited while they have had that accreditation rejected. I demand the immediate termination of the contract. ]

Review: I have had issues with the realtor and employer of ParaCapital Group, [redacted] On 04AGU2014 I was degraded and cursed by him. I informed him that I would not tolerate nor deal with someone who behaves unprofessionally. I hung up the phone and contacted [redacted] of ParaCapital Group, and Broker of Record[redacted] informed me that he was sorry to hear about this behavior and didn't want to lose my business. He requested that I meet with him to discuss servicing with a new agent. I told him that I'm willing to meet with him to discuss the situation on 05AUG2014 at 1930[redacted] did not respond to any of my text on the 5th and instead of showing up at our appointed time and place of meeting, he sent [redacted], who continued his abusive, bullying and unprofessional nature. The police ended up having to be called because [redacted] would not depart from my house. Many attempts have been made to contact [redacted] with no success. The [redacted] has reported that [redacted] promised to call me but he has not called. I wish to have them agree to terminate the contract as [redacted] stated he was willing to do. I have not received the documentation and so I sent them a file for terminating the contract but again [redacted] has been unresponsive and negligent in his duties as the president and broker of record.Desired Settlement: I desire for [redacted] to agree to uphold his company's cancel policy and terminate the listing agreement by signing the document that I provided to him.
