Paradee Gas Company

Review: We have an account with this propane company and we wished to terminate the contract. We had their propane tank disconnected and another dealers propane tank installed. When we notified the company that we wished to terminate our service we were informed that the company would charge us $168 to pick up their tank.Since the tank is their property and we want no refund of any type for the propane we feel we should not be charged for the removal of their property.Desired Settlement: We would like this propane tank picked up and not be charged a fee for picking up their property.

Attached is a signed agreement referring to removal fee’s for said equipment.

#6 States – If at any time ,for any reason, Customer decides to terminate this agreement with the seller, whether by another supplier of LP gas service, by changing to another source of heat, or because LP services are no longer needed or desired, Seller, it’s agents or employees, may within reasonable time thereafter, without being liable for trespass, enter on Consumers premises and remove any equipment which seller may have installed thereon, including an UST. Under the provisions of this paragraph, Consumer shall be responsible for cost of removal and for the restoration of property which said equipment was installed, and Consumer shall fill, regrade, and replant as desire.

Attached is the signed agreement and a copy to try and clarify the fine print, our removal fee is one hour labor @ $168.99 as explained to [redacted].
