Paradise Luxury Apartments

Review: I found an apartment for rent through this website in Boston MA. It was right in the heart of Boston for $60 a night. It seemed to good to be true so I got nervous and started checking it out. I called the apartment building that they claim to be renting a unit in and the owners of the building have no contract with this company. Furthermore; they even mentioned that they thought this company was one that had been running scams through their building. Paradiseluxuryapartments.co requires that money be sent via moneygram and includes a $200 deposit in addition to the rent. I contacted the man who was renting the apartment with these concerns via email. I asked him to verify that he could in fact rent the apartment by giving me the apartment number and the name of the person or company subletting the apartment so I could check it against the owners of the apartment complex. At this point he stopped responding to all emails.I chose not to book with him because I believe this is a scam. I am concerned that others will be scammed by this company. I have no proof they are not legitimate, but I think there are real red flags.Desired Settlement: If this business is a scam it needs to be shut down.
