Review: I purchased products from this business for $53.65 on Saturday, July 11th, 2015. But I was told that I may have been charged twice for it at the time of paying for my products. The cash register person told me to call the business on Monday if there was a double charge. When I checked my account a couple business days later, I have been charged 3 times for the same amount. When I spoke with the "bookkeeper" of the business, she informed me she ended up charging me 4 times, and crediting my account 3 times. She spoke with no sense of apology for their incompetent financial handling. When I asked her to make herself available on the phone again to answer questions, she offered no real business hours for herself and referred me to the same employee who made the initial mistake in double charging my account. So far, my bank account shows 3 charges of $53.65. There is no credit being shown so far.Desired Settlement: Refund my account immediately for the 3 charges. And a letter of apology for the incompetence and the inconvenience to the first time customer.
