Hello and thank you for the opportunity to elaborate on the event that took placeThe customer's statements are accurate with an exceptionThe initial visit to replace the mounting bolts was a courtesy service callSeveral months have passed and the customer has again broken the
mounting bolts that secure the toilet to the floorThis is not a warranty issue Per the customer's own words, the mounting bolts were broken for the second timeThey did not come loose or undone-they were BROKEN It takes a high level of force to break the bolts that secure the toilet to the floorParadise Plumbing and Gas stands firm on this not being part of the warrantyThis has been explained to the customer in detail

As stated in my first response , a free service call was provided for this customer for this issue I believe this is fair My warranty does not cover bolts that continue to breakWe consider this matter closed

I feel so lucky to be living in the same neighborhood as Ron, the owner of Paradise PlumbingHe and his team are so kind and so prompt I would never recommend another companyThe guys that have been over with Ron are so friendly and knowledgeableI feel so comfortable with them in my home and confident when something is worked on it is fixed properly the first time aroundThey have been to our house, my mothers house and I just referred them to a couple friends who will be contacting themDo not hesitate with Paradise Plumbing- You will be glad you called them!

I highly recommend this outfitThey are very professional, courteous, obviously understand the importance of effective customer relations, fast, knowledgeable, have good senses of humor, their bid was $less than a competitor, they finished early so we all could have a drink at my wife's sport bar
