We met with Nathan and Cheryl several times during the past year to discuss EVERYTHING including Price, Warranty, Service, comparing Jacuzzi to other models available, and comparing Prices EVERYWHERE in the Kootenays and also in Spokane.
We've Always preferred Shopping Locally when prices were comparable and Nathan and Cheryl gave us the Perfect Hot Tub for us at an Exceptional Price.
We purchased the Tub in February 2015 and it was set up by Nathan and operational within 24 hours - AMAZING SERVICE!
It is now October 2015 and my wife Sherry and I have made a 20-30 minute soak in our Hot Tub an integral part of our daily routine - to be honest - it's Highlight of Our Day and we really look forward to it Every Evening.
Initially I was really apprehensive about being able to manage the Chemical Balance, but our Hot Tub came with Complete Easy to Understand, User Friendly Instructions and every time I test the water I'm surprised at how Easy it is to manage. About once a month I take a water sample in to Cheryl who does a Complete Free Analysis and keeps me on track.
To be honest, I'd thought about buying elsewhere - and I'm Really Glad I Didn't.
These Days it's So easy to compare prices and think that you're saving a few $$$'s here and there but we often Forget about the $$$ value of SERVICE and, when it comes to Service we're Really Glad to have Nathan and Cheryl close at hand and ready to answer any question or deal with Any Concern - Instead of Phoning some 800 number Somewhere and Hoping that there's Someone at the Other End.

Absolutely love my Bullfrog A7 spa from Paradise Pool and Spa in Onalaska. We have been looking for 3 years for a spa that fits our needs. I'm 6'8" and my wife is 5'2". This spa is perfect for both of us. We use the spa to lower our stress after our busy work days and the kids love it too, great family time. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, so easy to work with. Chris is awesome and she sold us the right spa vs. the just good enough one. It took 3-years but she knew we needed something like the Bullfrog and when they started to carry this line, she let us know and we bought it. Now we use it 4-5 times every week and just love it. Chris' follow up support is awesome, teaching me exactly what I need to know as a new spa owner and taking great care of me. They get my highest rating as a business and Bullfrog gets my vote as a well engineered product.
