I am rejecting this response because: I will believe it when I receive the part and I will accept the response at that time. The web site still shows the item "In Stock". If they had provided that
response to me after my multiple emails and voicemails, I would not have filed a complaintHowever, they have not yet shown themselves to be trustworthy

This is the same complaint filed 5/1/2015. When they stated they would deliver the following week, Revdex.com accepted that answer and closed the complaint. Six weeks later, Paradise Pool Supplies still does not answer their phone, return voicemails, or reply to emails inquiring to the order status. Their web site continues to say "In Stock". I ordered a Blue-White flow meter U-30200PR for a pool system on-line on 4/14/2015 and immediately received a confirmation email..Either deliver the Flow meter or admit that they can not or will not so I can order it from another supplier.

Item is currently on back order. We are expecting a new shipment of this item next week.

Review: On 8/12 I order a part for a pool heater. Item not delivered and they wil not respond to emails or phone calls.

Paradise Pool Supplies emailed me that they would process the order when payment was received. ayment was through Paypal and the money was taken out right away. They were also to deliver two day delivery. On 8/15, I emailed Paradise Pool Supplies to find out the status of the shipment. No response by 8/16. Emailed again on the 16th, then called thier 800 number. Was sent ot their voice mail. Called back again later and went to their voice mail again. Lodged a complaint with Paypal but they expected me to work it out with them. Days later I attempted to contacted Paradise Pool Supplies again and agian to their voice mail. I then called their 916 number and again went to their voice mail. I then escalated the issue with Paypal. In the meantime, I needed this part and ordered through another company and recieved the part in 3 days. I would like them to return my $15.79. I realize this isn't a lot omoney but now, it is the principle. I don't like getting ripped off and don't want to see anyone else get ripped off by this company.Desired Settlement: The order was for $15.79. I just want this returned to me.

Paradise Pool Supplies did return my funds to my PayPal account. The Problem was with how they would not respond to my email or phone calls. It took PayPal and Revdex.com investigating for them to take any action. I feel this is poor service and they need to correct their operations. Thanks you for all your assistance in get this solved. I'm good with closing this case.

Review: I placed an order for a pool light. I selected 2 day fed-x. The payment came promptly put of our account. I have been trying to call, email, even Facebook message and post to confirm shipment. No one has responded to any message. The telephone numbers both go straight to voicemail no matter how many times you call.Desired Settlement: I want my pool light!

We spoke with the customer letting them know we have sold out of these and they have been discontinued with the manufacturer. They have never been charged either. We do not charge customers until the day the item ships we only authorize.net first.

Review: I ordered one set of pool filters on Dec 1st 2014, on Dec12th they had not arrived so I checked online on website for status, only to find that they had registered 4 individual orders for 1 set, all on same day. I did not place these orders,apart from the one I had a receipt confirmation from. It is now Dec 17th and all attempts to contact vendor have failed, will not answer phone nor return calls as stated on voice mail. I do not appear to have been charged but cannot accept this situation. I will be in CA shortly and will attempt to visit store but this business should not be in business if this is how they treat customers. I am about to ask [redacted] to change my card out to stop the possibility of this company charging me in future if they do not revert asap. HDesired Settlement: Need business to contact me, confirm either the one item I ordered is coming,and the 3 spurious orders are cancelled, or failing that confirmation that all 4 orders are cancelled and no charges will be placed on my card.

I have also sent an email and have not received an email back. Is it really that difficult to pick the phone up and respond with a phone call. There is nothing more frustrating than that. THIS JUST IN, PROBLEMS DO NOT JUST GO AWAY! After more than 2 weeks I have not gotten the meter which shows as "In Stock" on their web site. I have sent numerous emails which are never replied to and left many messages on their voicemail - they never answer the phone.Desired Settlement: Either send the ordered meter or communicate that you can't or won't so I can order it elsewhere.

Review: Order Number [redacted], I ordered a rim for a S.R Swimming Pool Backboard. They sent me a standard basketball rim from [redacted]. It does not fit.

On 10/16/2013 Order Number [redacted], I ordered a rim for a S.R Swimming Pool Backboard. They sent me a standard basketball rim from [redacted]. It does not fit the backboard. I sent them this information and on 10/30/2013, I received the following from them

"Dear Valued Customer, So sorry about that we are sending out a new item with a

call tag for the incorrect item. Please package back up and have ready for UPS

to pick back up.

Review: I ordered a pool clock on 12/15/13 and as do today 1/5/14 it was not delivered.

I purchased a pool clock, part # 3068 for $80.99 on 12/15/13 as a Christmas gift. As of today 1/5/14 it has not been delivered. I have called Paradise Pool three different times on different dates and only was able to leave a message each time for them to call me. They never responded.

Details of the clock: Poolmaster 18" clock / thermometer / hygrometer. Color black
