They call constantly asking for me, the owner, and if I'm not there, they abruptly hang up on my employee I ordered some cloth bags as giveaways and explicitly said my logo had to be in colors I was charged for colors, but my logo on the bags is only color I was never sent a proof before they printed it Now, I cannot reach anyone by phone or email and I already paid for the products by debit card so I cannot dispute I wish I would have read other reviews before ordering with them

These people call our office several times a week We tell them we are not interested in their products and to stop calling us They do not listen I am tired of talking with these people They are very rude Someone needs to put them out of business

I bought one promotional product from this companySince then I have received continuous calls from them trying to sell me items that I don't need and frankly at their prices can't affordWhen I refuse to purchase anything the salesman becomes rude and hangs up on meI have requested that they take my business off their call listThis business has extremely bad customer service, and from the looks of all the other reviews of this place, I'm not the only one who feels this way

We ordered from this company one time and the pens we received were cheap and most of them didn't work Their salesman calls and harasses us on a weekly basis He will refuse to give his name or call back numberHe is extremely rude and hangs up on us when we tell him not to call back DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! A man claiming to be the owner of this company called our office today, a busy medical practiceWhen I indicated the MD was busy, and asked if I could help, he said not if I wasn't going to buy anythingHe then said, "I do have a joke for you before you hang up" and proceeded to ask me if I get offended easilyI said most likely, if he has to preface a joke with that questionHe then proceeded to tell me an unsolicited, and very vulgar joke that involved graphic sex dialogI have never had a man use that type of vulgar a language in my company beforeEspecially, an utter stranger calling a busy business owners re: salesWhen I tried to call the business office to report this person, the number he called in on was a one way phone, so you can't call the number backI looked up the business online, and the number they have listed in the phone book, just rings and ringsThe nature of the language of this call makes this a call of sexual harassment, and indecency, and I will follwith community leaders in this state to ensure this man stops this method of cold callingHad I been anyone else, this call could have traumatized someoneAgain, the language was extremely foul and vulgar

when I told this "man" the owners were not available and then told him no one could help him right now could I take a message? he asked me "why dont you pull that string?" I said "what"?? because I thought he said "screen" and not string at first.....he said "String! pull your damn tampon string out! Get that mother *** *** out of there!" I said EXCUSE ME???? and he continued to repeat this and laugh hystericallyI wish I could get a hold of his boss and get him fired! COMPLETELY Unacceptable! I can't imagine anyone doing business this way!

And this time when I called to inform them that I was gonna call a lawyer and take legal action, he informed me it would do no good for me to do such, as I did business with them already, therefore legal action was null and void! Really? I suggest you stay away from this company!

Rude and completely relentless! Never in a million years would I EVER recommend this place to anyone. The had called on 10/6/15 asking for my grandpa who had resently (very resently) passed away. When I told them that he had passed, they made the statement "Oh [redacted], did he leave his checkbook?" and hung up. I tried calling the number several times today, but it seems that they are cowards who hide behind telephones. No one answers. I think this place is totally ludicrous! Who does something so inconsiderate knowing that we just told them he had passed. This place is the lowest of lows. I cannot even beleive the audacity of the person on the phone. I will continue to call this place until I can speak to a supervisior! Weeks months years I dont give up and they will know just how rude I know that they are.

They have called my Business many times trying to sell me promotional items and after having told them no repeatedly they keep pushing to get my information and send the product. The calls usually end with them cussing at me and saying I am a waste of there time after I had already said multiple times I wasn't interested. Will never do business with them and feel sorry for anyone that falls for there scam.

If there were an option to give negative stars, I'd give this POS company a negative INFINITY stars. These jackazzes are the rudest I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. Bought a couple things from them but it was ONLY to SHUT THEM THE HELL UP! The next time they called, this guy on crack (I swear) calls and says, "Its been a week since you hung up on me". LOSERR! You people are the worst of the worst kind of sludge of this planet! A-holes flock together - right to your company - to make everyone they talk to angry and miserable. Good job TOOLS.
