Mr& Mrs*** purchased a membership into the Paradise Vacation Club while on

in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
The Seller of the membership was Paradise Village Country Club, S.Ade C.V., a Mexico
Company
It appears that the purchase, from the Seller, included an Advantage Program Membership,
which Paradise Vacation Club is not a party to, which is to be the basis of Ms***'s
complaint to Revdex.com
Having said this any further correspondence related to the purchase of the membership needs to
be addressed to the seller directly at: Paradise Village Country Club Paseo De Los Cocoteros
#001, Int 16-3C Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico
Paradise Vacation Club, does not sell memberships, however, Paradise Vacation Club stands
ready to provide the membership services to Mr& Mrs***, which were contractually
agreement upon in writing and as defined in the Paradise Vacation Club Use Rules & By Laws

As we have stated ion numerous occasions Paradise Vacation Club was not the seller of the membership.
We have provided you with their contact mailing information in Mexico.
Our position remains the same and we will not reply to any more of your complaints or inquiries addressed to Paradise Vacation Club.

Review: sales person verbal contract did not match up with the orig docs that we received after signing contract 1 week later. advantage program and cost exceeded what the salesman said. The contracts were misleading, and sales person was misleading. Timeshare verbal with the salesman was misleading, after docs got up in the system, the contracts were not what he said they were. Also had us sign documents waving our rights to cancel. This is not legalDesired Settlement: exchange 3200 for the 5200 points every other year, or refund amount

Review: In November 2014, we regrettably attended a presentation at one of these resorts in Mexico and signed a contract for purchase of a timeshare, or as the salesman insisted, a vacation club membership. Regardless, our point is that we were treated unfairly and coerced into signing a contract for a program that is much more expensive than we were led to believe because it was never disclosed that all pricing was in USD values. At a time when the value of the Canadian dollar is extremely low, the conversion between the two values results in this being an expense we are not able to handle. In addition, we have proof that the sales agent was instructed to BRIBE us. We sent this company a Sworn Affidavit explaining our purchase and the reasons we are not able to keep the contract. We also included with this mailing information regarding the contract that we think results in it being questionable in terms of its validity and enforceability. The purchase of the timeshare is causing substantial financial hardships and stress! We have been forced to move the down payment to another card, with a lower interest rate. We are juggling the balances from card to card and working with lines of credit in an attempt to pay the payments each month. I have been on disability for more than 15 years for mental and physical disorders. I recently underwent back surgery and have progressed to using a walker at all times, restricting my ability to travel at all. Don works only seasonally, building railings around sundecks. When we visited Mexico, he was still recovering from a fall from a ladder that resulted in him breaking his pelvis and back. Because he was still in recovery and still experiencing a lot of pain, the spa and hot tubs at Paradise Village were especially enticing. We have expressed our needs and problem with the resort and have even sent proof of the bribery we were met with. The resort refuses to assist us properly even with the information that has been provided to them.Desired Settlement: Had we known how much this vacation club would really cost us, we never would have become involved with Paradise Village or the Paradise Vacation Club. We were misled and pushed into an agreement that was very one-sided and detrimental to us. And as a final slap in the face, we found a page of sales notes shoved among some other pages that we were given wherein one of the men was instructed to BRIBE us! The word appears very clearly on the page of notes and is underlined for emphasis. We have PROOF that we were treated unfairly and because of that, we want out and we want our money returned! The salesmen could not care less about how their immoral behaviors affected us and we are disgusted with it all! We want nothing more to do with your company or your very unprofessional professionals!
