Dear [redacted]:

As previously stated we invited [redacted] back to the dealership and tried our best to help her purchase a new vehicle from us. Unfortunately
we were unable to secure a bank loan for the vehicle of her choice due to her credit worthiness. We also suggested that she consider looking at the new
Civic, but she refused.

We are in contact with the customer. He is scheduled to come back to the dealership and meet with the [redacted] today at 2pm. We will update with on the outcome.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business did contact me to...

resolve however the matter was not resolved. The following occurred:
- [redacted] reached out to ask when I could come in
- I asked if I was coming in to finish the transaction we began and pick up the car and listed the initial terms by bullet point along with the Vin# of the car
- [redacted] responded that we would discuss the terms when I came in and if it was to my satisfaction I could drive home that day
- Against my better judgement I did not insist on confirmation that I was in fact coming in to finish the initial transaction based on the initially agreed upon terms
- I was in the bed with the flu got out of bed to go to the dealership to take care of this because I had received several calls from the [redacted] assuring me the matter would be resolved
- When I got into the dealership, [redacted] had gone home sick and referred me to one of his colleagues to finalize the paperwork
- The colleague stated that I did not qualify for the initial terms which were based on a 2014 Honda Accord at a monthly payment of $213. He asked if I would be interested in a Honda Civic with a monthly payment of $374 which I stated I would not be
- The idea that I was brought in to discuss an inferior car at a higher price after clearly stating in my email to [redacted] the initially agreed upon terms for a Honda Accord were unbelievable
- Once again, I left the dealership at night on the train, this time with the [redacted]; to add insult to injury, on my way to the dealership, I fell on the train tracks near my house
Paragon Honda's business practices and customer service in this case were horrendous however I share equal blame for the last debacle as I trusted that they would honor their word but I should have known better. There is no way to resolve this and I would just reiterate as I did upon leaving the dealership that they should treat people better and never do this to anyone else.

Review: My first experience purchasing a vehicle from Paragon Honda was horrifying. The sales consultant who helped me was very deceiving. I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV which retails at 25,775. The sales consultant charged me 27,555 without disclosing the reason why I was charged 1,780 dollars more. First and foremost, he never showed me the window sticker of the vehicle I was going to buy. I followed his best advice and put all my trust in him. At the end of the transaction I asked for the window sticker one more time because I wanted to confirm the price of the vehicle I bought. He completely ignored my request and stalled until the end of the transaction. I was promised by the sales consultant that I was going to receive the window sticker later that week. It has been two weeks and I still have not received the window sticker. I was forced to go to the location again and speak to the general manager. At first I spoke to Quedwin M[redacted] thinking that he is the general manager of the store. I explained all my concerns to him about my experience and how I was overcharged. I was deceived by the sales consultant, David M[redacted] on the price and the availability of the window sticker. I also mentioned about the 14 million law suit that they were hit with for deceiving their customers which I recently discovered. On December *, 2015, Mr. M[redacted], the sales professional of the Paragon Honda told me that they can sell any car for whatever price they want even 4,000 dollars more than the retail price. At first, Mr. M[redacted] told me that the window sticker was not available and it will take 3 to 4 business days to get it but minutes after speaking to him he told me that he was going to have the GM of the store to contact me. Later that day, I received a call from Mr. M[redacted] to come into the store and speak to the owner and the general manager to resolve the issue. On December 5th, 2015, I spoke to the GM, Sasha Kekovic, to resolve the issue but he tried to intimidate me and refused to help me. He told me that he can sell any vehicle at any price he feels like, the same exact words that Mr. M[redacted] told me. Eventually, after many attempts of requesting for the window sticker I was provided with. Mr. M[redacted] and Mr. K[redacted] clearly stated that the window sticker was not available but it magically appeared after going back and forth. I asked them to be fair and sell me the car for the right price, Mr. K[redacted] told me he was going to speak to the owner and resolve the problem. On Monday, December [redacted], 2015, I contacted him one more time and they have been delaying and stalling to resolve the matter.Desired Settlement: I want Paragon Honda to reimburse me the difference and sell me the vehicle for the fair price. I want them to do the right thing as a business and from a customer perspective I do not want any other customers to go through all these hassle. I want to be treated fairly as any other customer.

Review: I called Paragon Honda in reference to an advertised special on a vehicle. After speaking to [redacted] he told me vehicle was available to come down to [redacted] location and take a look at it price would be negotiable. I drove down to take a look at vehicle arrived at the shop about an hour latter after speaking to [redacted]. I then spoke to sales person named [redacted] he said vehicle was not at dealership. It was sent out to a bodyshop when it first got in and they never had the car in the dealership. But when the car does come back it wont be the price advertised. He said it was [redacted] of mistake in the advertisement. so the price of that vehicle would be a thousand or so more than advertised. They showed me a different car that not only was more expensive it didn't have the same features that was in advertisement.Desired Settlement: Not to falsely advertise merchandise that is not available and then switching merchandise to a higher price

Customer purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from Paragon Honda on June **' 2015. VIN# [redacted]

Review: I went to Paragon Honda on April **, 2013 and leased a new 2013 Honda Civic Coupe EX-L. At the time, I was ** years old, had no idea how the car business worked so I thought the people who sold me the car were being honest and not trying to screw with me. A year later, I started working for [redacted] and decided to go into my contract. I saw that there was about $3000-$4000 worth of add-on's that I did not need. I am paying $479 per month for 48 months. So far I was paid 22 months, $10,500 so far. by the end of the lease I would have already paid the car off since the car's MSRP is $23,000...or $24,000 at most. I called [redacted] today and I wanted to know how much the buy-out/pay-off is for the vehicle, they tell me is it $23,000. On the [redacted] site, its $21,000. Not only that, when I worked for [redacted], I specifically told the finance manager who I worked with to take all those extra add-ons off to make the pay off lower. He said it would be less than 21 grand with all of them taken off, mind you this is in July of 2014, so I took his word. I received all the information that Honda had taken off those unnecessary things from my contract. My problem here is that when I was at Paragon Honda dealing with my sales person, he told me my payments would be $309 a month which is what I signed for. I went into the finance office and that when everything changed. The finance manager said, I quote you, "I will give you free oil changes for your whole lease, and not only that, if there's anything wrong with your car, you wont have to pay a dime." I thought wow that's great that they are doing this for me, little did I know it was a complete disaster. After that, the fiance manager also said that my payment would be 479 per month. I couldn't turn back because I had already signed the papers thinking that my salesperson was being honest with me when he wasn't. So now, I am stuck with a payment I cannot afford an longer because I am now unemployed and that I cant even get out of. Paragon Acura did the same thing to my mother in 2009 and I had no idea until a friend of mine started working for them and I told them to look into her contract and they told me that they basically did the same thing with her. Luckily she can afford her payment. I am so upset with this company for taking advantage of a ** year old girl and completely screwing around with money.Desired Settlement: I don't care how it is settled, all I want is to get rid of this car and payment. I never want a Honda again after this experience. I just want a check back so I can get the vehicle I please. This car has only caused me headaches and I an not longer able to afford this car any longer.

Review: I went to this deal ship on 4/**/2015, to sell my 2010 honda pilot. We sold it for $20.500, I in return leased a 2015 honda civic for 3 years..we did all the paper work and after all the paper work was done the dealship was supposed to refund us $4207.37. We told our new lease car and left.

On 4/**/15 the [redacted] called and told us that there was a serious issue and we had to return ASAP. Both my self and me husband return to the dealship the next day on 4/**/15...when we got to the dealership the [redacted] informed us that he had over price our vehicle an the amount he paid us was too much and we needed to redo the deal..I told him no... He keep bullying my self and my husband to sign another contract...we keep auguring and heated words were exchange. He told us we had to sign documents giving back him $1750.00 , we keep insisting that we will not sign any papers but he told us to take back my truck and leave and he will unwind the deal. After staying there for 4 hours we were forced to signed the paper to give back the $. 1750.00...which my husband did...we were told that the refund check would now $2450.00 we left and never received the check. We have been calling on a daily basis and as of today 5/*/15 we still have not revived the check...we have called and nobody seems to help...Please help usDesired Settlement: Want our money back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Review: I purchased a 2013 Honda Ridgeline from [redacted] honda on 1/**/14. On 2/**/14 with 330 miles on the odometer the vtm4, ABS and VSA lights all lit up on my dash. I drove the truck slowly to the closest Honda dealer which is Paragon Honda. I was informed by the service [redacted] ([redacted]) that within the first 3 months after deliver the truck needs to go back to the selling dealer. I was forced to drive to Brooklyn in the snow without any of the trucks safety features and no 4wd. The truck had evidently a small cut on one of the VSA wire which caused the lights to come on. [redacted] honda was able to fix the problem under warranty and also clean the truck as well. On 4/**/14 the same lights came on again and I checked the wires to make sure they were not frayed. Since I didnt see any evidence of faulty wires I drove into the closest Honda dealer which is Paragon Honda. At that point I spoke to the same service [redacted] ([redacted]) and he asked what was wrong. He also complained that because of my last review he did not get a bonus and cost him $2k. He also said that since [redacted] honda did the work technically it is a go back and should go back to them. Since I was already there he said he would take a look and get back to me. At 6:30 pm [redacted] call me on my cell and tells me both VSA wires are missing and also there is a nest on top of my battery. I asked him if he can email me the pics and he did. I alerted him that somebody must have vandalized my truck because it had VSA wires right before I took it in to Paragon Honda. I called Honda customer service and they told me that a regional service rep would come out at 10 AM and if I can be there. I went in to Paragon Honda and met up with the service [redacted] and also the device director and regional representative. They put the truck on the lift and said the entire vsa wires on both side of the truck were eaten by a rodent. I asked why would they assume that if I personally check the wires before bringin in the truck. They said since there was a stick on top of my battery shows that there were rodents. I asked them then why are no wires eaten inside the engine bay. They refused all work and refused to issue me a quote for the damages. I also called the police to report the vandalism and they said it is a civil complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the truck for a full refund minus the miles I drove. They are refusing to repair a new truck with claims of rodent damage. I have had over 25 different cars and living in the same address. Not once have I had rodent issues on any of my cars. I now have issues with Paragon Honda and regional representative for honda which would prevent any future warranty work. For that reason the truck sold to me with 3 year/ 36000 and 5 year/ 60000 miles mechanical warranty is deemed worthless. It is like the truck has no warranty on a new truck.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]There has been no proof as to why the wires are missing. Honda stance is it is not covered by warranty because of rodent damage. I personally checked the wires in question and they were not missing prior to bringing in my vehicle. Is it possible the wires melted ? I have taken the truck to get varies estimates and the response has been it is impossible for an animal to eat both wires entirely. All I know is I didn't cut or mess with the wires and they were in perfect condition prior to driving in to Paragon. In Paragon I met a disgruntled service [redacted] with a chip on his shoulder for getting a bad review from me. The employee claims I cost him $2k in loss bonuses and the next thing you know the VSA wires are missing. Wires are missing and are not covered under warranty. Whats more believable a rodent ate two feet of wire entirely on opposite sides of the vehicle or a disgruntled employee devised a complot to get even ?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

My decision to take Paragon Honda to court is because they do not want to resolve the issue. If they are willing to take back the truck and give me back my original deposit there would be no need to drag this out. I feel Paragon Honda service personnel is directly responsible for the damages on my truck. Furthermore they devised a complot in order to void the Honda warranty. I purchased a NEW vehicle with warranty and I feel paragon honda has breached that by vandalizing my truck and claiming rodent damage.

I have spoken to [redacted] there and they encouraged me to follow it in court. I do not want the truck and do not want to deal with Paragon Honda or honda ever again. I have a new truck deemed worthless because of Paragon Honda.

Sincerely,

Review: I responded to an online listing for a vehicle, and went to see it the same day, on 10/**/2014. When I arrived, we test drove the vehicle, came to terms for what I felt was a good deal, and I placed a $500 deposit, and signed a purchase agreement. It was a Sunday, and I was not financing the vehicle, so I advised I would go to the bank on Monday to get a certified check, and pick up the vehicle during the week. I left off with the salesman that we would talk Monday to make arrangements for pick up. I spoke with the salesman via email around 2pm on Monday 10/**, advising him I got the check, and that I would pick it up no later than Thursday, but possibly Tuesday, and asked if that was OK. The salesman responded saying "The car is ready, you can come to get it tomorrow." I then get an email from the [redacted] around 7pm 10/**/14, saying that since I did not come in today, they are selling the car to someone else. I responded that I was never scheduled to, and we discussed Thursday & possibly Tuesday, and that Tuesday would likely work. The response I got to that email was a photograph of the purchase agreement with a circle around the date saying "Delivery on or about 10/**/14", specifically with that wording.. Then I called around 8:15pm (they close at 9pm) to get to the bottom of it, and advise I would be there when they open on Tuesday 10/**/14 at 9am with the check for the balance owed in full, I got several lies ranging from "I can not promise it will be here tomorrow at 9am", to "Someone is working a deal on it right now", and even so far as "the car was already sold and left a while ago".. How did a car I was scheduled to pick up today already get sold and leave a while ago?? This was a very specific car I was searching for a long time, and I got (what I thought was) a very fair deal on it. If it was a brand new car, I would simply find the same thing elsewhere. But it wasn't. It was used, and a very rare color combination with semi low miles, and exactly what I was searching for. I assumed the car was rightfully mine.

For them to sell it out from under me, on the scheduled day of pick up, when I said I was coming as soon as they open, is the shadiest business practice I have ever heard of. I can only assume they got a higher offer, on a car they should not have been showing at all anymore since it was sold. He then tried to say they have "other similar cars" that were not even the same year, make, model, or even the same Country of origin! They tried to offer me a deal on a Honda to make up for the German car I BOUGHT!

Do I have any recourse on this?Desired Settlement: I just want the car I purchased.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle (2009 Honda Accord EX-L) on 12/**/2010 from Paragon Honda in New York. Several weeks ago, when I attempted to trade in the vehicle at another dealer in New Jersey, I was informed that the vehicle had a salvage title and that it had been reported as a total loss by Carfax in 2009. The incident in question was over a year before I purchased the vehicle from Paragon Honda.

I immediately contacted Paragon Honda general manager ([redacted]) and informed him what I had learned and that I wanted a refund of the money I had paid for the vehicle when I first purchased from his dealer since the vehicle was misrepresented as a certified vehicle.

Paragon Honda argues that they did not know about the vehicle having a salvage title when they sold it to me; however, the condition of the vehicle and the repairs previously done to it should have been discovered by the technicians and certifying personnel at Paragon Honda. This discovery would have disqualified the vehicle from being certified in the first place. My complaints were disregarded and ignored. Instead Paragon Honda attempted to negotiate the trade-in of my vehicle with one of their new vehicles at a price higher than the price I could have found at another dealer. Paragon Honda tried very hard to get me to accept the trade-in despite the fact I repeatedly asked for my money back and indicated I was looking to buy a vehicle from them.

Paragon Honda refused my request and indicated that not only I had driven the car for 30,000 miles during the period I owned the vehicle and I had already derived a benefit from the vehicle; that it could be possible that the accident that caused the total loss could had happened while I owned the vehicle and that I did not report it; that the vehicle could still be certified even if it was involved in an accident; that the vehicle did not show signs of repairs as I had claimed, among other things. Their handling of my complaint has been unsympathetic and insensitive. I never want to do business with Paragon Honda and all I want is a refund of the money I paid for a vehicle that was misrepresented as a certified pre-owned vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the money I paid for a vehicle that was misrepresented as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Review: Back in August 2015. I when to this dealership and I was greed by Mr. Carlos J[redacted] a salesmen at this location. I did had a Honda Pilot 2013 financed by DCU Credit Union. I want to trade in that car and exchange it for a CRV a smaller car. Mr. J[redacted] called the financial institution DCU and after they gave him the amount of money that I own to them, he told me that he can do that transaction with not problem even so I insisted in several occasions that a payment was due in the car I was trading in. But he said that the transaction should take no more than a couple days. Well I got my new car that day 08/**/15. By 08/**/15 I started receiving letters from DCU indicating that a payment was not made on the loan. I when back to see Mr. J[redacted] and he said that is was not a problem that the Honda finance Department will resolve everything. The following week after receiving another letter from DCU, I when to the dealership Finance Department , spoke to one of the department clerk and then only then she realized that they were trying to contact DCU Credit Union at a wrong phone number, she also spoke to my financial credit union from my phone and noticed that several voice mails were left at the wrong company which did not know my name at all. After the lady took some notes with the right names and numbers. She should me the check that was made and told me that they will make another check and send it to DCU. Paragon Honda paid off the car 09/**/15.

By then DCU already sent a blemish to the Credit Bureaus for 08/2015. Then after that the car was paid. But my Credit report had been affected for the very poor customer service the have at Paragon Honda.Desired Settlement: After Contacting to DCU they review the case and desired that the will not remove the bad report because it passed the 30 days . Actually 1 moth and 18 days. For them to received a paid off of the car

I would like to ask Paragon Honda Dealership of Woodside . To take Full responsibility for not making the payment of the payoff of the trade in car in a timely faction and to help me to ask DCU Credit Union to remove the blemish of a back credit from the Bureaus Of Credits.

My credit report had been always good and this situation is really affecting me on a home mortgage loan

I had no choice but to drive an additional 20 miles to another dealership, Bay Ridge Honda which repaired my car. Paragon Honda not only failed to honor the service they promised at the time of purchase, but also denied warranteed service and caused me so much inconvenience.Desired Settlement: Restore my 48,000 miles free maintenance plan as soon as possible and compensate for the money I spent on maintenance of my car for the first 17,000 miles.

Dear [redacted]r:

We are in receipt of the complaint dated March **, 2014 from

the above referenced customer.

After a review of [redacted]’s file, our records show that he has

a history of bringing his vehicle to our service department, authorizes the

work required and then disputes the credit card charges. For these reasons we have

advised our service department not to perform any work that requires any

charges, but we will honor any repairs covered under the manufacturer’s

warranty.

Attached are copies of the repair orders and disputed claims

that [redacted] filed with his credit card company.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to

contact me at ###-###-####.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As for my credit card disputes, I have dones so because of unauthorized charges of wrong billing amounts. The charge of roughly 1,300 was never authorized by myself as [redacted]. While these disputes remain questionable, I appreicate your solution to only honor repair without charges, such as manufacture's warranty or free 48,000 miles maintenance serivice package along with the sale of the vehicle.

However, as a matter of fact, I have been rejected for those services at least twice. In the most recent visit, my engine light was on due to manufacture's defect, which was rejected by your service adviser. Then I had to drive another 20 miles with my engine light to Bay Ridge Honda which did the repair under warranty. Please see my attachment for the billing details. Furthermore, during my visit about half year ago, I learned that my free maintenance package was transferred to [redacted] without my knowledge.

Please reiactivate my service package and reimburse me for the maintenance (3 times) I have done with another provider. And as you proposed, I would not take my vehicle for any repair or service unless it's within maintenance package or manufacture's warranty.

Sincerely,

Dear [redacted]r:

We are in receipt of the complaint dated May **, 2014 from

the above referenced customer.

Paragon Honda will honor any repairs covered under the

manufacturer’s warranty. The reason why we stopped doing work on [redacted]

vehicle was because after authorizing us to do the work he would dispute the

charges on his credit card and he told us he will keep doing so in the

future.

While we appreciate [redacted]’s comments and concerns, no

further action will be taken at this time.

Please advise us on how to close this case.

They confirm at 4:07pm that we are to meet at 6pm. At 6:00 I text and call the rep but she stated the car is still not ready. At 9:00 the car is dropped off ib the parking lot and as I am transferring all my stuff I am handed the car and run to class. I leave and remember that the I left my navigation system in the back sest bt the rep stated she was already home and off the next day. She stated to call the office. I call the office from 2:30 to 6:30 and the navigation is missing and they are not theives and whenever I ask about reimbursement they tell me that it was not in the car. I just finished financing a $21500 car and they cant reimburse me for $165 portable navigation because they are not thieves. Please help.Desired Settlement: $165.00

Review: I am a Maryland resident and recently bought a certified used 2010 Honda Accord EX-L (4 cylinder) with 31000 miles on it, on 04/**/13 from Paragon Honda in New York. Right now I am having problems with my car and with the dealings of the dealership with me. Unfortunately the dealership is not being helpful. Following are some of the issues with the car. • When I got back home in Maryland the day I bought the car, I noticed two big dents on the roof that will take more than $1000 to fix. At that time since I was buying a certified car and I thought that the certified cars are supposed to be clean, so I did not pay any attention but I was really shocked to see the dents. I am also shocked at the fact that the car was certified despite those dents and that these dents were not pointed out at the time of purchase. • I found out that there was only a little engine oil life left and had to get an oil change within two weeks of purchase (400 miles driven). Also I was notified by the Honda dealer in [redacted] that there was a Service schedule “A” due on the car. I would assume that if a certified car is being sold, at least these services would have been done. If I have to spend extra money to get a certified car then at least the oil should have been changed the schedule maintenance should have been done. • One of the bigger problems was the front two wheels. When I brought car home, the air pressure of the tires was 44 psi. When I got to Maryland, I adjusted the pressure to the recommended level, and immediately I started getting severe vibration in the car. I started correspondence with the Paragon Honda sales man. I took my car to my local dealer and they charged me $65+tax to diagnose the problem. They found out two of the wheels were not perfectly round and that they will charge me $1400 to replace the wheels. I contacted Paragon Honda and told them the whole situation. I was told that I should bring my car Monday through Friday to get the issue resolved. I set up the appointment, took a day off of work and went there on a Friday. I had a 11:05AM appointment, so I got there at 11:00AM. They did not take a look at the car until 2:00PM. Anyways I am not sure how much time they spent on it but they told me that the Rims are damaged and they cannot replace it and they need to fix it. And for that I will need to leave the car at the dealership for two business days. I launched a complaint with honda corporation and after some struggle we have got our wheels replaced. And now this problem is resolved but there are so many problems left. We were told by Honda to contact dealership for the rest of the issues. I contacted the sales person again but no response. • There are so many small scratches and couple of minor dents. The more I look closely, more scratches I find. And every time car is washed, more scratches become visible. I contacted the sales person with in few days and gave him the whole list of problems. But no action was taken. Finally honda corporation had to step in and get the wheels replaced but the dealership is saying that the dents were not theer before and told me that they have pictures to prove. I have contacted them twice for the pictures but so far I have not received them. Can you please intervene and get the issue resolved. VIN: [redacted] Date of Purchase: 04/**/13 Place of Purchase: Paragon Honda ([redacted])Desired Settlement: We would like the dents to be repaired in Maryland by our local dealer so that I do not have to take time off from work and go all the way to New York. And if that is not the possibility then I would like to return the car. It has been six months and the treatment I am getting from the dealership is ridiculous.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. If the Paragon Honda can get my car fixed in Maryland from my local dealer then I would like to have my car fixed and keep the car. If they can not get it fixed in Maryland then I would like to return the car. However my preference is to get the car fixed and keep it.

I apologize for the lack of communication. I am at work during business hours so can not attend home phone. And my cell phone does not work in the office. I returned the call and left message at the number left in my message. Anyways, for future communications and to avoid this situation, please contact my dad [redacted] at ###-###-####. I authorize him to make decisions on my behalf.

I really appreciate all your help and if you could keep this matter open until the car gets fixed.

Sincerely,

Review: Vehicle was in arbitration with the Revdex.com. Honda issued a notification that an issue was found with the vehicle.

Went to the delarship to flind out the issue with the vehicle on the [redacted] of November.

Was notified when calling the national Honda headquarters that work was performed.

Paragon Honda failed to show me my vehicle. Demanded the vehicle title and tried to sell me a new vehicle ...

Wasn't willing to give me anything for the vehicle for a newer model.

After the case in August 2014 Honda issued a notification in Dec 2014 of an issue with Honda CRV 2012 models.

Paragon Honda fails to recognize that I was sold a faculty vehicle.

Numerous work was performed and Paragon fails to notify me of the most recent service done on the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like to pick up a newer vehicle at another Honda.

I ask about the exchange and was lied to consistently.....

At this present time I would like to no longer maintain ownership of the vehicle that was sold to me.

I would like to pick up a newer and safer vehicle at another Honda delarship.

Consistently paying for a vehicle with the same issues isn't right for two years.

Consistently start up issues isn't right.
