Please help! He is a very rude man who will not listen to a word you say and insists that I am a liar! With respect, this complaint is without meritA sales representative did call the [redacted] on January 16th at 9:40am [redacted] is on a net We spoke to ***, who could not have been nicer, after the bill was dueShe explained her company’s process and let us know payment may take a whileWith the approval from [redacted] the check, reference number [redacted] , was approved and sent to us by March 7th As it was three months from our representative’s first sale, he called to check in on our customer, ** [redacted] After catching up with our customer, he placed another order with usHe is a great guy who understands the value we bring to our customersThe package was accepted and signed for by a **or ** [redacted] at 12.02pm on 3/17/After their invoice was due we called [redacted] as she is in chargeWhile upset, we explained the order and she said to send it over so she can get it paidThat was a month ago** [redacted] called two weeks later to ensure payment was on scheduleHis phone call was answered by a man who at first said his name was [redacted] then changed it to [redacted] This man asked why [redacted] was calling, he then had the call transferred to another line, and began telling ** [redacted] to “ [redacted] ***” and name callingWhat little time ** [redacted] could speak, he mentioned the previous conversation with [redacted] about paymentAt this time the cursing and anger went from being directed at ** [redacted] to ** [redacted] ’s [redacted] and the [redacted] this man [redacted] was going to have with herThat type of behavior is disgusting and will not be tolerated by any staff member hereHaving held his anger in from this abusive assault and cursing, ** [redacted] did lose his temper when the man talked about having relations with ** [redacted] ’s motherAt no time did the hotel receive phone calls in a row, they did receive a few calls in a row, because ** [redacted] was being lied to that [redacted] was not available, although he had just spoken to her not even two minutes priorThe police did call ** [redacted] While still upset, ** [redacted] spoke with them and described what happened and that he was calling the hotel because he was promised payment and this is a valid attempt to collect a debtHaving done nothing wrong the officer and ** [redacted] said their goodbyesThe fact that all that needed to occur was to have [redacted] and ** [redacted] resolve this matter professionally This company has refused to do thatWhat [redacted] has conveniently failed to mention is they have received two shipmentsThe first shipment they received has already been paidWe were temporarily out of stock on the entire order; therefore we had shipped a partial part of it, which they paid forWe then called ** [redacted] letting him know the remaining balance of the order (the other half) was being releasedThis complaint is full of inconsistency and informationWe have the proof that this second shipment was and is still at their facilityPlease inform [redacted] to call ** [redacted] as soon as possible to resolve this problem with a mutually accepted agreement Thank you, [redacted]

This is my second time contacting the Revdex.com because the situation has still not been resolvedA Paramount sales representative contacted me and asked if I would be interested in trying their light bulbsAfter he said it would it would not cost anything I agreed to try the light bulbsParamount then sent me lightbulbs with a bill for $per bulb(These same bulbs cost $at [redacted] ***.) When I contacted them they said I just needed to pay and they would not take them backThe only resolution that will be acceptable is for them to take their $bulbs back and stop calling me demanding paymentWe are not going to pay for thoseAs soon as they give me the address to return their bulbs I will gladly do soWe do not want their bulbs and I don't need calls a day asking about payment [redacted] refused my offer to send the bulbs backThey are calling my office and my cell phone daily and are extremely rude when I have told them that we do not want their light bulbsI don't want to hear that they have a year warranty, or we can get them for a discounted price or anything other than shipping them back and them never calling our hotel againThanks [redacted] We are not paying for these light bulbsThere is no other resolution besides that that is satifactory to us

We understand that [redacted] is upset and have been trying to contact her to accept the product backWe have not called times a dayWe have left messages for her to call us back so we can give her the correct information to resolve this problem and have them shipped backWe have tried to resolve this problem but can not without her answering our callsWe are trying to resolve this to her likely but are unable to because of her actionsThank you

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their response does not correlate to the original complaint which was "During the second week of May our new maintenance man, [redacted] Ed***, was contacted by a salesman from Paramount DistributingThe salesman identified himself as our vendor for lights (we have never ordered from or dealt with Paramount before)The salesman asked [redacted] about our previous maintenance man, [redacted] , who had retiredPer Jamie's recollection they discussed ***'s retirement and whether [redacted] would get a vacation this year [redacted] understood that the salesman was sending us a catalog [redacted] told the man he was new and not ready to order but would look at the catalogThe salesman said he would send him a free gift (a knife) for lookingWhen the package arrived on 5/28/it was small and [redacted] accepted itWhen he opened it and saw the light bulbs he called [redacted] and they brought them to meI called Paramount and was told they had a recording of [redacted] ordering even though [redacted] had not been advised he was being recordedThe man I spoke with told me they would take the bulbs back for $I said the bulbs were available from any store that sold bulbs for less than $eachHe said they were "special" bulbs, made specifically for institutional use, and each bulb had a serial numberHe also said he would look up our QA rating with the state of NC (not sure how that correlates)At that point I hung upOn 6/2/David W [redacted] from Paramount called meHe reiterated Paramount's return policy and told me I had until 6/5/to decideI asked to hear the voice recording of the original orderMrW [redacted] said he would call me back that afternoon (6/2/14); I have not heard from him yet (6/5/14)I can't afford to pay $for light bulbs that I can purchase for $and their restocking fee of $is to me exorbitantWe did not order them, do not want them, and only want to send them back." Their response was: " [redacted] We understand that [redacted] is upset and have been trying to contact her to accept the product backWe have not called times a dayWe have left messages for her to call us back so we can give her the correct information to resolve this problem and have them shipped backWe have tried to resolve this problem but can not without her answering our callsWe are trying to resolve this to her likely but are unable to because of her actionsThank you" There was no mention of calling anyone times and I have no idea who [redacted] isThis is a small nursing facility in a small rural areaIf I had a phone call and did not immediately answer the receptionist would find me, give them my voicemail (checked twice daily), or take a written messageI have received NO messages or calls from themWhen I spoke with MrW [redacted] I even gave him my cell phone number for his call when the recording of the original call was availableThere have been no calls to my cellI work Monday thru Friday from 7am to 3:30pm ESTMy cell phone is on and with me alwaysI know MrW [redacted] knows my name because he asked for me when he called on 6/2/If he feels he cannot contact me by phone, my email is [redacted] I will be on vacation next week but still available by cell or email Regards, [redacted] ***

We spoke to *** on to give him an RA number and the correct address to be shippedWe are not charging *** any Restock fees or any fee for that matterWhile we stand by our sales staff, the complaint stating that a sales staff member said "we supply the lights for your company" is
