Like to dismiss my complaintThe issues is being resolved by a personal visit by Owner/Manager [redacted] who has decided to fix my tubs problem! Thank you!

Good morning and thank you for forwarding this complaint to me My secretary spoke with [redacted] this morning and we are planning on doing an inspection this week her job was done in and at that time there was no indication of bad wood If it is a warranty issue it will be corrected immediately Respectfully sent [redacted] ***

We have sent a service man over before and serviced the problemNow someone has pulled it off again and so we spoke with the customer about sending the service guy out today to redo something that is not our faultWe did not charge a trip charge or a labor charge even though it was our right to do
soI am going to have it serviced in a timely fashion but to have a complaint is ridiculous when we have been in contact with all parties involvedI am going to insist that the customer withdraw this complaintKindly remove this complaint as this is simply not warranted. Respectfully*** ***
