Bad service
the service is supper bad no customer service no one help you 0 friendly always talking in bad way and doesnt care about your happiness I hate this st service from the receptionist to security to anything service is 0 0 0 0 0 and supperrrr baddddddd disasterrrrrrrr !

is this the way ur hotel receptionist woman treat a client. mire detail is I want to give all of the client in this hotel mind this woman.receptionist. not friendly not polite the way she talk can totally make ppl angry.the most important the face is not suitable to be a receptionist no smiling face cant face.remember her.she is lazy not helpful body pattern more than a kindly heart.black heart cant.I can't find the no of the complaint centre.if not I will directly call up.but it is great to let me post here.to let all of the para client who seeing complaint page can know more bout paramount hv staff like this attitude.st.I will give 5 star not because of this hotel is great is becoz the staff attitude is the most worst that I never avef seen

I want to complaint that the receptionist with the spec chinese woman.thought like she is very pretty n her service attitude is damn st.remind her this woman attitude is very very bad all pattern like showing off.the way explain to cust like she is a queen I want to complaint that she is not suitable to be a receptionist honestly coz her attitude is disqualified I bear that ur hotel will lost lots of cust bcoz her behavior

n the day I did call up to reception.but she like argue said I am wrong.I ask for check for the recorder she dont want n just blaming me that I am wrong pattern all out I just left the hotel.pls check the cctv that her attitude.the most I angry is the way she talk to client not friendly at all.n he call a guy out.I will getting more angry because of this woman with spec damn st.

n actually not becoz of only that I cant get back my deposit.if she talk to client with a good behaviour be honest I will just let it be.but she sound bad the way she talk like talk on the table.n call ppl out n even not friendly at all.I don't want the name but now this time 12.24pm 28 Nov 2017 She is on duty.I am damn angry that the way she talk seriously.

Review: I want to make a complaint against the Paramount Hotel in New York, and the blogs [redacted], [redacted], [redacted].

Here is the story:

I made a reservation through [redacted] at the Park Central Hotel New York for two nights September * and ** 2015, for 987.78 dollars.

The hotel was flooded and I called [redacted]? that is a Booking.con line and were recommended at the Paramount Hotel in New York for the same two nights.

When we arrived, they gave us a room that measured maybe 6 by 6 feet; NOT fit for a rat additionally it was dirty.

When I complained they said they were sorry but could not do anything about it.

We left the place and by telephone I complained and insisted that it was unacceptable; at the counter I officially complained again and was attended by a very uninterested person but I repeated that I was unacceptable and was not going to pay for that room.

Fortunately, we found another hotel.

I received my statement from [redacted] and found a charge from the Paramount Hotel, New York for $ 1,046.57.

As you can see, this charge does not proceed and should be immediately cancelled.

Please let me know the result of this demand as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Fortunately we found a Hotel so I just want a refund in my [redacted] Card.

Review: I checked into the Paramount on 7/**/2014 into a room that had a broken air conditionar. I called the operator and she sent a tech up to fix it. We stepped out for dinner. When we came back the ac was not working and there was ice all over our floor.

I called the operator again. She switched us to another room where the AC wasnt working as well. At this time we had to get ready for a show that we were seeing at the hotel (Queen of the night) I called the operator she sent a tech up that couldn't fix it.

The [redacted] said he would refund me in full and I have it in writing.

I have been communicting with [redacted] the credit [redacted] at the Paramount. Still no refund.Desired Settlement: I was a refund ASAP
