Review: I purchased a modular home which was a display model and was as is and a construction loan through this company the owner acted as the general contractor and arranged for all the setup crews to perform the work at my residence the crews that performed the work did a very poor job and I as the homeowner have to fix all there work and had paid to have there work finished properly and to top it all off there were apparently some overages on the home such as some shingles which is understanding and from my point of view maybe accrued interest during the 6 month deadline for the loan term but when the last draw came out to the subcontractor there was a shortage of thousands of dollars and there is no proof of where the money went and nobody wants to explain there selves with detail then the mortgage company sold my debt to another company and they bought the old debt with an outstanding bill still owed and I should not be the person responsible for having to pay the debt when the money was already borrowed to pay that contractor there is money that vanished and no body wants to help me nor tell me with detail of where it went including the mortgage company there for I would not recommend this company to anybody so they don't get themselves into a money dipping situation like mine.Desired Settlement: I wont my money
