Review: Purchased a bun bed. Was notified that it was in stock and would be delivered in a week. After ten day, when I called for a follow up, was told it takes 2-3 weeks. Obviously it wasn't in stock. Asked for a refund, did not receive it.Desired Settlement: Refund Paypal payment.

When customer purchased the bunk-bed from our website he was informed that item is in stock and will be delivered within 2-3 week. After a week he called to the store and ask for immediate delivery otherwise he is canceling the order. We canceled the order as per customer request . We couldn't speak to a customer over the phone normally , because he is always hang up on us . We spoke to Paypal today regarding the refund to [redacted] and they assured us that he will get refund today.
