Paray Bichon Frises

All the afore mentioned complaints are directed to Raymond “Tray” Pittman of Paray Shetland Sheepdogs and not Paul Flores with Paray Bichon Frise. Sadly all these complaints are legitimate. Mr Pittman abandoned all his shelties and I was forced to find homes for all of them. He had separate email, Facebook, and PayPal accounts so I never knew he was deceiving all these people and none of them knew to contact me until after Mr Pittman ran off with their money!

I am rejecting this response because: There are multiple Facebook post and message that people receive wrong dog from ***, and more complainI do not want to accept ***s dog as the purchase should be for an actual dog that I choose last year, not a pre-sale dog that doesn't exist yetI will only accept refundI lost trust from this seller

I put a deposit on a Sheltie with the agreement if my health did not improve he would refund the deposit. The dog I was waiting the female never had puppies. Trey said I could get another puppy but my health was not what I wanted to raise a puppy. Recently I have had Medical bills for over $ 250,000. I really need my deposit back. I sent to email to Trey and never heard anything. I guess his words mean nothing. I remember when his mother was ill and then passed on. I sent him my sympathy but I guess he has not feelings for other people. I really trusted him and I was really wrong

My experience with Paray kennels is different than the above two. I live locally and wanted a well-bred Sheltie with an exceptional temperament and in good health. Over the last 6 years, I have been to the kennel at least 6 times. I have been in the private home, sat in the living room, had a tour of the kennels, seen the young puppies and older pups that were being boarded there. The home, kennel and property were meticulous and breath-taking and the dogs were well-cared for, happy and beautiful. I found Mr. Pittman to be honest, caring, hard-working, a perfectionist and committed to maintaining the integrity of the breed. The few times I saw Mr. Flores and the staff, they were extremely polite and always hard at work keeping to their schedule and routine caring for their pups. I have 2 happy, healthy, well-bred shelties who are exceptional ambassadors of the breed, Never a day passes that I am not reminded of the wonderful experience I had meeting them and bringing them home. I do think Mr. Pittman has been ill and that the negative experiences others have had is a result of his illness. His shoes would have been hard to fill and those he trusted to carry the responsibility and to maintain the integrity of Paray kennel just could not do as good a job as Mr. Pittman. I have heard that there has been a dissolution of Paray Kennels. I do not know what that means for the breed; but I doubt there will ever be anyone who knows and loves shelties more than Mr. Pittman.

From Yon-Dell Kennels In Pa. USA. I paid three thousand for a tri dog that Paray Kennel
( Tray Pittman) in December 21, 2015, He was three years old. He was going to show this dog that had one point. The dog was measured out. I called him and told him to send the dog home and he refused. He continually showed this dog. I stopped paying him to show the dog. He held this dog for over a year. I continually ask him to send this dog here to me.
I called someone that must have called him and I finally got the dog April of 2017. The dog that is sixteen inches came in a two hundred Vari Kennel, a dirty towel and the crate was so dirty that I put it in the tub and disinfected it. The dog doesn't have any records of his shots, only a one year rabies to get him on the plane. He wanted me to pay for this crate and I refused. If I saw this dog in person I would never had bought him. He has pk ears, a very short tail and a poor coat. The dog at his age doesn't have any genetic tested. It scares me that I have to pay for the tests and he won't pass them.
I also gave him twenty five hundred for a sable show puppy, on January 21, 2015. I sent it right away. I also paid him the shipping money of $480.00. Every litter he had, he claimed something was wrong with having a good puppy. This went on until July and offer me a puppy from a particular litter and claimed the female missed. I finally got a puppy on October 5, 2106. He tried to claim the shipping fee twice and I sent a copy of the shipping receipt, I had already paid on January 22, 2016. This puppy can't possibly be a pick show puppy. This puppy is only at ten months is only 13 3/4 inches tall, has a head and body of a puppy. You can't do any thing with a small dog in the ring. I told him I was sending the puppy back and he kept telling me he will grow well after he is a year old. This dog is not going to grow any taller then he is. This person does nothing but lie and cheat people. This puppy only came with a possible distemper shot, but he didn't remember if he gave him. He doesn't keep any record of what he does. I took the puppy right to the vet. for another shots, seeing he didn't know. I ask him for guarantees, pedigrees, tests and shot records. I had to buy a pedigree for this puppy. This man shouldn't be permitted to have dogs. My vet can't believe he can get dogs on the plane with no proper records. I'm sure there are other people out there that this man has cheated.

Bi blue puppy asking total $3000USD.Then he said bi blue went too big, told me to get a sable girl by dolby (Sire), which is $3500Dolby sable girl was a fake picture that he posted in 2013,he photoshopped the colors of the picture.He said he is sick and want to ship the girl asap, so I paid the rest of the balance + crate, health check fee+air fare $2625 on 10/23/2014, then he disappeared. Later he said he loves that girl so much he cant ship to me anymore (which that girl doesnt even exist) Then he just continue to lead me on by saying to wait, he has another litter, another litter, another litter, but till now still no dog. He said he has other male puppy which I can take and it's a great show dog, but he won't reply email for 2-3 weeks, and with no picture of the dog. I think he has NO dogs at all and just want to cheat my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refund. I do not want to process anymore sales with this kennel anymore. He is a dishonest unethical man.
