Pardini R. Construction Corp.

Pardini was hired to replace the roof of every building in our condo development. They gave us an attitude when we asked them to cover our open air conditioning unit. We gave Pardini a bad review to the BBB and Pardini sent an employee to our door saying his boss was mad and was going to sue us. This person would not give us their name. Also, at least on building I know of had a leak afters Pardini replaced the roof.

Pardini may give you a good estimate but there's an additional cost when dealing with this company.... They lack expertise in certain areas, are slow, will leave a mess behind and damage areas of the building they are not supposed too. While replacing our building's roof they left areas exposed to the elements even when large storms were predicted. Several units were heavily damaged by a two day storm as water easily penetrated through to the interior leaving a moldy mess behind. Pardini workers broke a window and they refused to take responsibility until the engineering firm in charge stepped in and forced them to replace the window.
The damage to the interior is still not fixed after 5 plus months. Furthermore getting ahold of the office manager or owner to discuss problems is next to impossible.
All in all they make bad decisions and don't run and honest business. Stay away.
