I made an order in December 2018 which has not been Fulfilled.
I ordered two items in December 2018 under order number XXXXX. On July 27, 2019 I sent an email asking that my item be shipped on my $26.82 be returned and they did not reply. On November 24, 2019 I sent an instant message about my order which was ignored and so I sent another email which has also been ignored. I have sent them emails before about coupon codes that they ignored so it seems like they have a habit of being unresponsive.

Desired Outcome

I would like my order to be fulfilled or my money returned.

Ignoring all my emails and refusing to issue me a refund.
I purchased from them several times before with no issue however on 11/2018 I ordered a blanket from them and it was defective..they apologized, sent me a return label, and told me they would mail out a replacement when it was delivered back to them however they never did nor did they issue a refund! So they got the blanket back, did not ship a replacement as promised, and refuse to issue me a refund (they have MY money and I have no product). I have contacted them SEVERAL times however they have ignored all my emails and it's been almost a year...absolutely ridiculous

Yes - I finally got my refund

In December of 2018, I placed an order for products which totaled over $180. I never received products and only received half of my refund.

t now been over a month and not a single word regarding my order. Is it in line to be produced on a certain date? Does it take longer because it is a larger order? I'm just confused. I understood that I wouldn't have it for Christmas. I wasn't bothered because I know the company probably had tons of orders. But now I am bothered with the days that have since gone on and not one message regarding my order in particular. Can someone please send an update about my order that costed me over $150 of my hard earned money that was paid instantly.
That was my original email to the company in January of 2019. To this date, I have not received a single item from the order nor my full refund. My total order purchasing price was $184.18. On February 15th I received partial refund for my long wait however the products were still scheduled to ship. I have tried to be civil and contact the company several times since to no avail. As of now all I want is money owed.

Desired Outcome

I am owed $104.18 for items purchased that I never received.

I never received my merchandise that was paid for.
My order date was December 6, 2018, order # ***. One pair of PMF Socks for $15.00 and one black squad hoodie size medium for $55.00. I was charged $42.00 immediately. I have not heard from the company since February 2, 2019 when they sent out an email stating all issues would be resolved in two weeks. It is now June 10,2019.

Desired Outcome

A full refund.

I purchased items that I did not receive. I requested a cancellation of the items and refund several times and hadn't received my money.
On November 25, 2018, I purchased 4 throw blankets (Order #***) totaling $156.00. On December 10, 2018, I purchased 2 throws (Order #***). All purchases were made with my *** Debit card. I never received my items and followed up on the status of my order December 19, 2018. They responded by saying they just returned to the office and would respond to emails as soon as possible. I hadn't heard back from them and reached out again via email on March 21, 2019 and requested they cancel my order and issue me a refund. On May 2, 2019 and May 14, 2019 I received a copy of my order through email indicating my order was cancelled and with 'refund' under the total amount paid. I have not received any money. I'm requesting a full refund totaling $234.00 for the 6 throw blankets I never received.

I have made several attempts to get in contact with this company about my purchase that was made in March 2019. There has been no communication thus far, which is very unprofessional. At the least, responding to emails would be sufficient, just to give the customer an update about their order. I have tried very hard to support small businesses, knowing the logistics behind the man power of owning a small business. When you don't communicate its bad for business. The next step will be to take legal action. Taking peoples money and not sending items that were purchased is very fraudulent.

I ordered a black and white and gold shower curtain. I still haven't received it.
I ordered a white and gold shower curtain in Feb 17,2019 and haven't received it yet. I want my shower curtain I paid $70.

I was extremely happy with the past order I placed with this company, so I decided to order from them again. This time, I was so disappointed. I never received any kind of update regarding my order status, no response to emails and even discovered the website was down. To take people's money like this and not give customers a heads up is very shady and definitely not the way to run a business or keep customers. I was trying to support a small business but, going through something like this...I will never deal with this company again. I've also told everyone I know that did like what they saw, to stay far away from this company, because sadly, they will be extremely disappointed.

I have been ordering from them for years (loyal customer) and I have not received my order placed in Dec. Im pretty disappointed that they do not respond to emails. Taking people's money and not fulfilling orders is just bad business. I will no l longer be a customer and I don't recommend ordering from this company.

I can't describe to you how sorry and shocked I am to know about this. Pardon My Fro owes you its deepest apologies. We take pride in our customer satisfaction and these mistakes are not in line with our philosophy. I couldn't find your order from your name. If you could email me at *** with your order number and the subject line: Revdex.com, I can find the order and figure out what happened.

Placed three orders, have not received them.
I placed three orders with this company. First two orders were placed on February 8th, 2019, third order was placed February 15th. After being patient, I tried to log into my account to get an order status, only to find that the site was unavailable. I sent an email and haven't received any kind of response. There has been no communication at all regarding the status of my orders. I would feel better if I would get some kind of update and receive my items quickly. On the site it says that processing time is 15 days plus shipping. Today is March 26th = more than enough time to process and ship. I'm also finding out that other customers are having the same problem. I consider myself a very patient person, but considering this is not the holiday season, and there was no mention of a possible delay, I would have expected timely order updates and delivery.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer to have the five items I purchased, delivered because the item from my past order was beautiful, but if that's not possible, I would like a refund.

The product I ordered and paid for was never delivered.
On February 10,2019, I ordered and paid for a product on-line. The product was a *** shower curtain-orange. The confirmation number is ***. The amount is $70. I have tried emailing but there has been no response. I have attempted to connect with customer service, but my calls can't go through and the website has been blocked. If Pardon My Fro is unable to deliver my product, my money should be refunded.

I would still like my product ASAP, if not able to complete the order, then I would like a refund to my credit card.

An order was placed with this company in Nov and it has not been received it. I have sent them numerous emails, and messages on their social media pages however they have ignored them all. They have limited their comments on instagram and removed their review feature on their *** page. There are other people who have made comments on social media about the same issues as well! If you are not going to ship orders out then at least refund the money. Their customer service is horrible and the fact that they are keeping the money from unfulfilled orders is unfair.

Contact by the Business If what was paid for is not going to be fulfilled then the money needs to be returned. Enough time and patience has been given
