Review: I hired this company early April 2014.This company has failed to finished the job that I hired him for. This Company has tried to get more money for items that was already included in the contract. He stopped the work at my home.I had to hire someone else to do his services. It was suppose to take up to 18 days to complete the home improvements and painting in my home, it has now been 60 days.No worker shows up, work not professional, aggressive sales tasks,no materials available for worker to do job. I have paid him all his money from start to midway. My garage door was included in the contract for removal and replace a new one he tried to state I need to give him and additonal $500. plus to finish the job. I had requested to have my electric box updated he requested another $800. plus This too was included in the contract. He stated that he spent over the budget for paint $500. more dollars was needed.He was given a first payment and mid payment to pay for materials that he purchased but I owe him, go figure!!! Last but least he stated I need to pay him an additional $48.00 for tile that he spent that he said was over went over budget again.This is a RIP OFF! This company tried to take advantage of me and has not been on my premises to date to complete any more work except a little painting.I have tried to reason and talk to him but in his mind He thinks I owe him the above amounts and has shut down on me.There was a contract thru E-mail I did not sign because of seveal changes had been made verbally. I asked for another contract so that we both understood what was to be done. The last contract was worst then the first so I signed nothing.This contractor has done this to me he will someone else. He does not and should not have a license to continue to work. He has violated my rights as a comsumer.If you ever come across his name or company RUN!He has tried to nail me to my own walls and tried to screw me out of more money. I explained to him from begining no hidden fees and costs.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amout 1,200.00 cost of hiring someone else to complete the job. $565.00 for materials plus an additional $2,000 for money he need to return for work he did not complete that had been paid to him for the total job down payment of: first payment given $5,000 second payment given $1,998. total amount given to contractor $6,198. He did not complete not half of the job maybe 1/3. Total payment $1800 material and labor $5000,/25% mid-construction $1,990 balance upon completion.
