I called in today inquiring on getting a unitThe guy I spoke with was very rudeI asked him about hour access and he mentioned havving a business license and being a business ownerI am bothI ride a Motorcyle and was inquiring on a unit to store it in when not it useHe then proceeded to say that I could not get a unit "He had to be careful whom he gives hour access to due to crime and criminals" I advised him that I am a law abiding citzen with no criminal record willing to provide a copy of my reportI also told him that I am a business owner with a license and federal ID numberHe still mentioned the not giving it to criminals I feel as though I was being chastised and he was discriminating against meI then told him to have a good day and I hung up
