Ordered a LENS back in June 2013 for a laser device they sell. Have not received it and no response from company after 2 emails.Even though [redacted] is mentioned, this complaint has nothing to do with said service from [redacted]. I had supported their laser device on [redacted] and wanted to get a lens for it after the project was successful. Upon checking out with another shopping cart, it somehow added this Star Lens to another order number. After emailing them, I received a response on June 28, 2013 stating "We have it noted and in all we would send to the same address all at once anyway unless noted." I was happy to hear that they would send everything in one shipment. I received a package from them on 2/28/2014 and it did not have the lens included nor was it on the invoice. They stated if there were any problems, to e-mail them and they will look into it. I sent an e-mail on 2/28/2014 asking for the Star Lens and received no response. I sent another email on 3/9/2014 asking for a refund and have still heard nothing, either publicly or privately. I paid $15.00 on 6/14/2013 directly to Parhelion Inc for one Star Lens and have not heard anything.Desired SettlementI would like $15.00 refunded as was paid to Parhelion Inc on June 14th, 2013Business Response This is a fund raiser from [redacted], this is not a product and not under sales tax or import or [redacted] expense. Some have been shipped the wrong lens as a reward (a heart verses s star) and we are addressing that issue in bulk after we receive all emails inquiries. We cannot simply send a note to each person individually when you have 8,000 people. We have not received the wrong lens in return and the expense to send back is 50 cents with a return address for shipping a replacement. This was purchased through a [redacted] project we think for fund raising. We provided a general email address [email protected] as the shipper made some mistakes in packaging. This email address is slowly being processed but we will contact the customer to resolve quickly.We will send a note to the customer as we cannot find him anywhere to address this issue. It is very simple to fix actually.
