Review: I had taken my dog to Park-A-Pet for one day of boarding over the weekend (drop off Saturday, pick up Sunday morning). Park-A-Pet states it is a "safe environment" and "supervised play time" As my boyfriend and I were heading out of town for the night. I received a call from [redacted] at Park-A-Pet that our dog had passed the aggression test and was in doggie play time. Then proceeded to say that she had been involved in a fight and asked if I wanted pictures. I received the pictures and they only sent me one side of her injuries. I asked what the other dogs condition was and she said fine, no bites or scratches on the other dog. As Park-A-Pet claims they provide a "safe environment" and "supervised play time" - this is not the case. I asked to specific details and Rebecca's response was "no one saw it, the attendant was mopping". Unfortunately, because they do not provide this environment they claim to have, we spent the afternoon at the vet hospital. Our dog has 4 deep punctures and 7 bad scratches to her head and 3 to her chest. She has a hole on the side of her throat and the top of her ear. The owner [redacted] was extremely defensive and argumentative, refuses to give me the owners contact info as I need to know if that dog is up to date on shots. This cost has come out of our pocket. If they had been supervising play time this would have never had happened to the extent that it has. Now we suffer for the medical and days of pay lost and she suffers the emotional scars for this traumatic event, as the owner has taken no responsibility.Desired Settlement: Medical bills need to be compensated as well as pay lost for days out of work due to her conditions. Public needs to know that this is NOT a safe environment for any dog.

Review: I dropped off my dog for boarding over from the 29th of December till the 2nd of January. I picked up my dog got home and saw that he had a swollen eye. I called Park a Pet and let them know of this problem. He got extremely hostile with me and told me that I signed a waiver and that it was my fault. I then decided because it was getting worse to take him to the vet when I got to the vet his eye was even more swollen, his face was swollen, ears, nose, mouth and other eye. I don't know what they did at Park a Pet but they were extremely negligent.
