"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">My husband and I mailed an estimate to repair the damages to my car and a copy of the note signed by the employee indicating that Park 'n Save would pay for the damages to Park 'n Save. We know that it was received because we sent it Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. The return receipt indicated that it was received by "***." A few days later my husband received a voice mail from *** that indicated he was *** *** of Park 'n Save and that he had no idea what we were talking about. Despite repeated telephone calls and e-mails to *** attempting to explain to him what the situation was about and demanding that the damages be paid for as promised we have received no response. The voicemail left by *** on my husband's phone sounds very similar to the man that we spoke to that night and I am wondering if he was *** *** of Park 'n Save and misrepresented himself as an employee in an attempt to get us to leave. I find it suspicious in hindsight that he did not sign the note, but made another employee sign it. I am sickened by the dishonesty of the whole scenario and I fear that the only way we will get the damages paid for is to file legal action against Park 'n Save.

Review: I picked up my 2013 car from park & save on June [redacted], I immediately noticed damage to my rear bumper (two small holes from someone front license plate nails) and asked to speak to the [redacted] or owner. After getting two estimates for repairs the owner refused to pay. He agreed to mail me a check for $300 not even half the cost of fixing it. I have not received any check yet, it's been two weeks. He won't answer or respond to any of my calls. It is now a month later.Desired Settlement: Pay the amount of 700 in damage Park & Save has caused.

The company sent me a check for less than half of the cost of the damage. I am not happy, but glad they at least paid some. Never trust this company. They are not trustworthy.

Review: I left my car & keys at this parking facility on 1/**/14 w/ a few miles shy of 9800 miles on the odometer. I did not ask for them to acknowledge the mileage, for I was not anticipating what's to come. I landed at JFK Airport on 2/*/14 & called the lot for a pick-up. They said they did not have my car, but b/c of the 3 snow storms since I left town, I assumed it was a mistake. While I waited for them to pick me up (they said 15 minutes, which turned out to be an hour, they claimed due to traffic, which they are only 2 miles away). Because of my suspicion, I telephoned my "OnStar" service that my Cadillac has. They confirmed that on January [redacted] (just 3 days earlier) my car's odometer read 10,056 miles. That was OVER 200 miles than I left it. When I got to the lot, my car was there, 3 spots from the office, and the odometer read 10,440. YES! 400 ADDITIONAL MILES FROM JUST 3 DAYS AGO! So this company is denying that anyone could have driven my car, even though there is proof that the odometer is hundreds of miles further along than when I dropped my car off. The owner left for the day, and I have emailed him and left him messages but he has not returned either. I have called the Detective's Bureau and am awaiting a police report just in case my car was involved in any accidents, crimes or tickets.Desired Settlement: Refund of my parking fees, refund of the cost of miles that my lease will charge me, cost of wear and tear to my vehicle for driving it for the 2 weeks that I was out of town, all to be determined. I feel extremely violated in this situation, I have only had my car for a short while, it was the first nice car that I ever owned, and wouldn't even let my own family drive it. Anything that you can help me with, thank you.

Review: I used Park & Save's service between June [redacted], 2014. During that time, I had belongs stolen (an iPod, a $10 roll of quarters, other spare change... all hidden in a console). I filed a complaint immediately after. I've called weekly for the past 3 months, never able to get a manager to call me back to address the matter. During these calls, two employees admitted that the items were stolen by a fellow employee. One of these current employees, a male, also told me that he was the person who fired the employee who stole the items from my car (as well as others during that time period).

I would like somebody to address my issue. Three months is a long enough wait for assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $63.69 I paid for this service and an apology.

Review: I parked my car at this location, when I came back my car had damage done to it. I showed the damage to a employee and he was not helpful at all did not want to give me his name did not want to give me a phone number for the [redacted] so I took pictures and contacted him the following day, I talked to him on the phone and he said to send the information to him, so I did certified and it was returned to me, it said the business was closed and I was not able to contact him by phone in the last few days. the damage to my car was almost 800.00 dollars. I can not find him or the business...Desired Settlement: I would like the total amount of course but I will settle for less to get something back. I will not take a personnel check it must be from a bank.

Review: On May **, 2014 my husband and I left our 2013 Chevy Malibu Eco at Park & Save's lot while we took a two day trip to Florida via JFK Airport. We returned on May **, 2014. After waiting over an hour to be picked up at the airport we were driven by Park & Save back to their lot located on [redacted] in Jamaica, Queens. They had our car, red in color, parked out front and handed us our keys and told us that we were all set. When walking past the car to go into the office I noticed that the back bumper on the passenger side had several scratches that were not there when we dropped the car off. The employee at first tried to claim that the car was dirty and then told us that these scratches would buff right out. He indicated if we came back Monday he would take it over to his cousin's autobody shop and they would buff right out. We informed him that we did not live locally. While he was doing this we noticed several more scratches that involved a very distinctive blue paint. When we told the employee that the scratches would not buff out he insisted that the car had been sitting in the lot for the two days and had not moved and that these scratches were not caused by Park & Save. Across from where our car was parked out front there was a blue car the same color as the paint in the scratches in our car with scratches on its front bumper. The employee insisted that this 2014 car had come in that way and that he had the pictures to prove it. When we asked to see those pictures he refused and said that he was sure that the car came in that way. When he stated they inspect every car that comes onto their lot we asked to see our car's inspection report. He then claimed that one had not been done for our car. The employee during this whole time kept telling us that the video would show that this didn't happen on their lot. When we asked to see the video he told us no, [redacted] was coming Monday and he would look at it then. At this point the employee insisted that we were crazy and that it was not his fault and that there was a sign indicating that they were not responsible for any damage that occurred on the lot. At this point I indicated to him that I was an attorney and he attempted to counter that his Uncle was one of the best defense attorneys in New York City. I also indicated to him that a sign does not waive negligence, which is what occurred here. My husband and I took numerous photos of our car and the blue car, all while the employee told us it was no big deal and that Park & Save would cover the damage. Eventually he wrote on a piece of paper that Park & Save agreed to cover any and all damages and another employee signed this piece of paper after conferring on the phone with a person that he claimed was [redacted]. My husband and I attempted to file a police report. After waiting for an hour another employee, a woman, came and the employee who we first dealt with identified her as an owner. She again stated that we were making a big deal about nothing and that Park & Save would pay for any damages. She also said to her it was a waste of time to call the Police as they told them just last week that it was a private parking lot and they couldn't get involved. I indicated to her that I was an Assistant District Attorney who deals with Police quite often and knew for a fact that what she just told us was not true. When it started to get dark and the Police had still not arrived my husband and I decided to leave as we were in a bad area of town with people who had displayed outright hostility towards us. We left with the employees telling us to e-mail them an estimate and they would cover the damages. My husband obtained an estimate to fix the damage from a reputable auto shop. We were quoted approximately a thousand dollars to repair the damage. We sent this estimate to Park & Save via e-mail, as they requested, and certified mail with a return receipt requested. We also sent a copy of the signed agreement that they had entered into agreeing to pay for all damages. We know that they received this letter as a [redacted] signed for it. It is now May [redacted] and we have received absolutely no response from Park & Save, not even a reply e-mail indicating that they received our e-mail.Desired Settlement: We want Park & Save to honor their agreement and pay the $1000 that it will cost to repair my car. My car is a new car and having scratches on the back rear bumper will greatly diminish its value. The scratches were caused by Park & Save's negligence and they are responsible to fix them, they even admitted as such when signing that paper. I am hoping to avoid having to pursue this matter legally, but we will if they continue to ignore us.

Review: on 10/** I arrived in JFK and was told to call so I can be picked up by their shuttle so I can get to my car which I parked on their lot. I called various times and no one picked up. After several attempts some one picked up and told me to wait for the shuttle in Passenger pick up A. After a half hour I called to find out what the issue was and they said that there shuttle was in an accident this morning and that they were picking up passengers in a car. I waited a half hour more and no one showed up. I proceeded to call again and the employee would not tell me where he was or what car he was driving. After arguing with him over several phone calls, he arrived after waiting over and hour and a half. He proceeded to shout that he is not an employee of the business but is only helping his friend who was involved in the supposed accident. When I finally got to the site and picked up my car I noticed my speedometer showed 5 more miles on it than when I left it. Strange if car was parked on their lot.

Review: We parked from 5/**-5/**/2014. We used a Groupon and were required to pay cash. Upon return, our radar detector, a power inverter, and a pocket knife were stolen out of the center console of our car. Someone went through our car and picked through our belongings, stealing approximately $300 worth of equipment.

My husband called as soon as we got to our location in NYC. The lady on the phone said the owner took theft seriously and would check the tapes and get back to us in 24 hours. We have yet to receive a call.Desired Settlement: I want MY radar detector back, MY power inverter back, and MY pocket knife back (which has made it to/from many parking lots in several cars over the years), and I want them to do something about their theft problem.
