Review: When I picked up my dry cleaning on 10/21/2014.I noticed the color of jeans were badly damaged.It appeared that too much cleaning solution was used that resulted in damage to the material.The color of the jeans were completed removed on one pair of jeans and the other two pairs had areas where the color of the jeans were removed. The color of the jeans were significantly lighter than the dark jean color of the jeans.I returned the jeans back to the cleaners.The clerk indicated that she would have the manager look at the jeans and call me regarding my complaint the following morning which would have been 10/22/2014. When I didn't receive a call the following day, I called back and was told the manager was not available and the clerk indicated that she would leave a note for her to call me. Again I received no call.After 3 days with no return call, I went to the cleaners and asked to speak to the manager and was told I just missed her.The clerk indicated that she would leave another note for her to call me. She never called.I called the main office for Park Ave located in Tracy, CA and asked to speak to the General Manager who had oversight for the Stockton location.I spoke to [redacted] who quickly transferred me to [redacted].I explained the damaged jeans to [redacted] and she indicated that she would have the manager from the Stockton location call me the same day.she never called.I continued to call the tracy location repeatedly and spoke to [redacted], who continued to say the manager was on break she would call upon her return.I called every day from 10/21/2014 thru 11/6/2014 and was repeatedly told she was out on a break, lunch or left for the day.On 11/6/2014, I called the Stockton location again and asked for the name of the manager.I was told the manager was [redacted].This was the person I spoke to initially at the Tracy location.She refused to hear my complaint and transferred my call to [redacted].For a total of 17 days, they refused to address my complaint.On 11/6/14,I picked the jeans up with no followup.Desired Settlement: One this business should have a complaint process to address customer concerns instead of an avoidance process where they refuse to address concerns.Second, three pairs of jeans were severely damaged. I request payment to replace the 3 pairs of jeans that they damaged.
