Park Avenue Acura

Review: My car had the engine light on. I went in to park Acura to do a transmission fluid flush in my car because my mechanic who is certified & has dealt with my car for many years told me to go and do it at Acura because he couldn't he did not have the proper equipment & he did not want to mess up the car. He checked the car Monday 18,2015 at 10 am & told me I had 2 codes but he recommended the transmission flush because he said it would be best to do that first. My car was drivable & in good conditions when I left my mechanic. I made an appointment with Acura for Tues 19 at 2:30 I arrived and my car was taken for the repair. An hour later the consultant Poppy [redacted] told me that they would want to charge me 125 to check the codes because they said something is wrong with the transmission but I told them I do not have the money to pay them that and it would be best to just do the transmission fluid flush which was already $125. She never told me I will not do the repair because your car is not in good conditions she went ahead and did the repair then she came back 3 1/2 hrs later saying the repair was done the light is off just check the way the car drives and gave me my keys and let me drive off. I got home an hour later & my car while on drive started to go in reverse & started to leak fluid everywhere in the front. I almost got into a bad accident with the car behind me because it was in reverse. I had to use my emergency brake. I called the Acura immediately to tell them what was happening to my car and what did they do that made my car do this & Poppy the consultant started to yell at me saying she told me she did not want to do anything with the car when she never told me & she let me drive off knowing my car was completely damaged She hung up the phone & never picked up. I had to tow it to them the next morning. They took no responsibility for what they did my life was in danger they estimated my damaged at 8k.They didn't give my back. I was taken advantage.Desired Settlement: I want to get my car that was fine before I took it to them repair back to how it was even if the engine light was on I want it back to how it was it was drivable when I gave it to them. if not I want to be compensated for my car it is still worth $4500 I would want that amount given to me if the repair is not done. I was taken advantage I was put in danger and no one cared about that even the next day no one took any responsibility for their actions. They completely messed up my car and they want to blame me for not paying them 130 for checking the codes its un justified and unfair and they took complete advantage over the situation.
