I was charged $960 for a brace. They agreed to take $300 for it when my insurance wouldn't cover their fee. The $300 was agreed upon between myself, them and the insurance. Then 6 months later I get a legal collections letter from them for $660! They are either incompetent or they are just hoping that I'll be scared by the letter and pay them money they agreed was not due to them. This firm is a rip-off firm. They are operating under the assumption that health insurance companies just pay whatever is asked - and that is no longer the case.
Watch out for these people. And Doctor Offices, please stop using these people!

We purchase from Medicare approved manufactures and their cost has to be approved by the government and the quality of the product has to be superior. He did not complain or try to return the equipment until 11/**/15 when we received the Explanation of Benefits from his insurance carrier and issued him a statement. We thrive to provide the best care possible to our patients. However, insurances are paying less for services and sadly the cost is falling on patients. Thank you for your time and understanding.
