received a phone call from [redacted] at Park Ave on 4/**. She explained why I was initially told I was not owed the full amount that I claimed, and that Park Ave now agrees I am owed that amount. She said a second check would be issued on Monday April [redacted]. I have not yet received the second check, but am hopeful it will arrive.

Review: I received a notice from a colleection agency of an outstanding bill with Park Ave. Radiology. I paid it, and then sorted out insurance issues. Insurance re-paid. I submitted all requested documents to collection agency (CMRE Financial Serv. Inc) to receive a refund of the double pay. I received a run around from CMRE and switched between them, and Park Ave before getting confirmation from Park Ave that they issue refunds directly. I was told I would only get a partial refund. I requested that refund and documentation explaining why it was not a full refund. I have made calls from Sept. 2013-March 2014 talking with Park Ave's billing office each time saying my refund was on the way or I'd receive a call back. I only received a call back about 15% of the time it was promised. On Monday, March [redacted] I was told a check had been cut and was being sent, and told to look for check number [redacted]. Today, April *, I have yet to receive that check. Over 6 months later.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund in the amount promised, plus explanation of why the total I paid will not be refunded, or a refund of the entire amount which I believe I am entitled to.
