Dr. Michael Johnson has been evicted from his office. He has not contacted his patients to let them know or to provide information on how his patients can get their medical records. The landlord plans to destroy all medical records by April 15, 2013 if she does not hear back from Dr. Michael Johnson. Dr. Michael Johnson was an excellent dentist but has blatantly left his patients in a very bad position.
