GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AAAA++++

My HVAC system had shut down and needed replacement. Chris S. Came out from

Park Mechanical HVAC and checked our equipment and determined both A/C and furnace needed replacement. We knew this after our spring service call and decided to replace the complete HVAC system.

Chris worked with my wife and myself to come up with a new system that would meet our needs. We came up with the best system that would meet our needs, right

purchase price, best energy savings and even installed on the next business day.

We were happy with Chris S., happy with our continued business experience with Park Mechanical and would recommend them to all friends and family.

Good service, on time and very professional.

All Park technicians are courtese and knowledgeable about our vacation system. We rely on their expertise.

I was impressed with the technician who came to perform the check of my air-conditioning/heating system that I purchased from Park Mechanical. He seemed to be well trained and thorough. He had a nice personality and was very polite and well mannered.

I would feel quite comfortable having him come to my home the next time an inspection is due.

This review is for the installation of our solar HVAC system. Although this is a new technology, the Park staff made every effort to make sure installation was completed correctly. They instructed us on the system. However, there is an issue with the new technology that need to be dealt with. The compressor itself is very quiet; however, THE DUCTING CONNECTING THE COMPRESSOR TO THE INSIDE UNIT VIBRATES AND CREATES AN UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF NOISE AND VIBRATION IN THE WALL OF OUR BEDROOM, which is adjacent to the compressor. One of the Park staff who visited our home after installation is aware of the problem. Park needs to address the problem and provide a remedy for us and its future customers.

Jarrod came by and was very quick and effeicient, explained what he was doing , did it, and wrote everything down for me. cleaned up his site, and off he went. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Park mechanical.

Jarrod was very professional & did a thorough inspection of our AC.

Review: Called and got a quote of $77.00 . When they arrived the cost was over double what was quoted ($175.00) they did what was requested and after they left my drain leaked and damaged my cabinet as a result of the leaking drain .the next day I received a call from an employee of there's doing a follow up call . I told her about what happened with the cost and the leak and she hung up me ...Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursed for the cost and and damaged to my cabinet...

This letter is pursuant to my telephone conversation and registering a complaint with [redacted] (Park Mechanical Sacramento Employee) on Monday February 2, 2015, regarding the terrible damaging racist remarks and performance by your technician [redacted], I had a post-surgical hospital appointment and requested an appointed time, however, your technician arrived prior to the agreed time complaining, “he was in a hurry”. While trying to sell me a maintenance club membership, he continued “he was in a hurry”.

He asked for my credit card so I could be billed monthly, I offered to pay on the spot in full one (1) time rather than incur additional cost. He insisted it was cheaper to be monthly billed. I again declined because it’s not cost effect or prudent. Still complaining, “he was in a hurry”, he went to inspect the system. After pulling and looking at the Filter he said, “did you use BLACK MAKEUP?” I felt his remark was damaging, disrespectful, demeaning, unacceptable, and could not be justified.

Unfortunately, your servicer did not perform well and I am disappointed after explaining the above events to [redacted] and her promising to investigate although she felt it was cheaper to bill monthly, but would report the incident to the manager, and get back to me when the manager returned. To date, this has not happened.

I have a ten (10) year Parts Warranty and I am afraid to allow personnel with this racist terrifying attitude/mentality into my home. Since I have (9) years and 3 months left I need to protect my warranty, therefore, I am registering my complaint with the Revdex.com, Consumer Protection Agency, CA Contractors State License Board, [redacted] (**), the manufacturer and Park Mechanical owner for the resolution since none was forthcoming from you.

Desired Settlement: I would like to have a different installer and my warranty remain in effect

On the day of the service I arrived a few minutes late and immediately apologized upon arrival. Once I entered the home Ms. [redacted] escorted me to the kitchen table where we sat for 30-45 minutes. Within that time prior to starting maintenance on her system she began t yell at me about Park Mechanical and the services she has received.During my visit with Ms. [redacted] began to tell me about another company that she has been talking to about doing scheduled maintenance on her HVAC system installed by Park Mechanical 07/03/2014; it was explained to Ms. [redacted] that she is a valued client. Park Mechanical Tech [redacted] began maintenance on the HVAC system. During this time Ms. [redacted] stated she will not renew the Shamrock club membership with Park Mechanical. [redacted] inquired if Ms. [redacted] would like Park Mechanical to continue with the maintenance on her system and Ms. [redacted] replied "yes" and then stormed off with intense anger.Ms. [redacted] stated in her statement that I was in a hurry. The tech never advised Ms. [redacted] that he was in a hurry at anytime during the visit. As I continued with the AWI (Annual Warranty Inspection) I proceeded with checking the filters and the size of the filters to further document the scope of work and recommendations on the tech's invoice.As the Tech observed Ms. [redacted]'s filter and ran a visual inspection of the filter's quality and efficiency. The tech located a very dark powdery substance that filled all areas front and back of the filter. It caused the filter to look extremely inefficient. The tech stated he was highly curious as to why the filter was so dark. The client was concerned as well due to Park Mechanical just installed the system a year ago.The tech asked several questions in regards to the service being done @ the [redacted] residence. First question: did she have any painting done? Mrs. [redacted] stated she did not. Second question: Ms. [redacted] was asked did she burn candles in the home? She stated no. Third question: did she use powdery makeup or hair spray with color? she stated no.Park Mechanical tech finished up his maintenance visit and departed the home.

Review: My wife and I called Many times not even a call back we bought a $15,000 unit water heater and air. They damaged the house while insatlling never came back to fix they keep saying they will fix it but never return calls . We ask to speak to the manager and they always say he is out of town. they refuse to look into the matter.And just keep making excuses. We have the contract in writing saying We get a $500,00 dollar rebate but refuse to talk to us our call us back this Company s so bad, They kept sending me to this desk where the girl doesnt work at. They are scam artist and please look into there Bussiness affairs. Shoddy work Shoddy Pepole. Please Help us.Desired Settlement: Fix the Damage and give us our Rebate.

Review: I bought a brand new AC unit from Park Mechanical, The system was installed June 17th 2015 and has never worked. It has never cooled down my house, when I called the next day to have it looked at. Park Mechanical sent a tech to look at it. He said it was "Installed properly" but it wasn't cooling. Next they sent SR. Tech who told me I needed new Ducting in my attic for the system to work. The next day they sent another SR. tech that filled it with coolant. It cooled my house for a couple of days before it stop cooling.During the install they had to cut into the dry wall to install the unit in my attic. Before they started making holes the Techs called the office to make sure Park Mechanical would pay for the repairs to my walls. My walls and paint have not been repaired yet.Currently a month later my AC is NOT working or running. I have been trying to contact the owner since it stopped working a month ago with no success. I have called and left many messages but I never get a response back. When I do talk to someone I get a response of we will find out what is going on and give you a call back in an hour or by the end of the day. I wait a day or two and I have to call back. This is one of the worst experiences I ever dealt with as a consumer. Do not deal with this company. Beware. I have been documenting all of my conversations with this company regarding this new AC installation. I am not sure what to do anymore since Park Mechanical is not being responsive. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like them to replace with new equipment. I don't want patch work on a new AC I bought that never worked. This shouldn't be a service call where they patch up or replace parts. I bought a new system. I want a new system.2) I would like they to pay to fix my drywall and paint like they promised they would fix when they cut a hold in my walls.3) I would like to get some kind of compensation for pain and suffering for not having my AC working for over a month.

Consumer states: We attempted to reach the company for about a month to try to get this resolved. We were told we would receive a call back. We finally got contact with the company and then it took a few more days to get someone in to replace the unit. At this point, we are awaiting for the inspection to happen and will contact the Revdex.com should we experience further issues.

Review: In February of this year my husband called the company to ask about replacing filters under the sink. He DID NOT ask for a service call. They called to schedule a service technician and when he said, no, that wasn't what he wanted the lady on the phone said, not to worry it was covered by warranty. They came out on 2/5/15. Neither of us were home but he told our son he had been called out and proceeded to change the filters. We were then billed for $282.00. My husband called and was told, our mistake, we'll take care of it. It then happened again. Then yet again! This time I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Celeste was very apologetic, wanted to make it right and would take care of it. Today, 7/23, yet another bill arrived in the mail, this time with a 90 days overdue fee making the bill $341.80. If this continues it will affect our credit rating. I am disgusted by this treatment and furious at their inability to get their act together,Desired Settlement: I want the company to send me a bill indicating that no payment is due. An apology would also be nice.

He is a knowledgeable expert in all things HVAC.

I will keep using Park as long as they keep Isai on the job.

Many years of good service

Review: I hired Park Mechanical to install a furnace and under-house ducts in October 2014. In January 2015, a termite inspector mentioned that one of my ducts still lay on the ground, not connected to the air vent. I contacted Park and asked them to fix the problem and pay the termite company’s $250 charge to reapply insecticide in the area where they worked while correcting the problem. Park agreed to do so and to be billed directly by [redacted] Pest. The work was done in March 2015. I became aware that the $250 bill was unpaid after [redacted] Pest billed and collected payment mid-December through escrow funds from sale of my home at [redacted] The termite company said they billed Park Mechanical three times and received no response. I called Park, explained the issue and requested they refund my $250. The person I talked with said “[redacted]” was the person to talk to and he would call me. I left a voice mail for [redacted] with my new phone no. there has been no call from Park Mechanical after almost 2 weeks. My experience with Park was one of the worst I have had with a contractor. In addition to poor workmanship and lack of quality control (the worker who corrected the first problem discovered the ducts also had too much slack and had to be tighten), I experienced delays in their returning phone calls, I had to make numerous calls and send numerous emails to get action, and received conflicting information. I regret not contacting your organization about their unsatisfactory service when it occurred. However, this breach of trust was the last straw; I won’t keep quiet about having to pay $250 for their mistake.Desired Settlement: I request your intervention to recover the $250.

I am rejecting this response because: " All I know is that Stacey called and left a voicemail saying that she didn't know what the complaint was about and to call back so that she could make things right. I called back and I couldn't leave a message, the phone was doing a weird beeping noise. I haven't seen anything in hand so I dont want to close it until that happens. I don't know what shes talking about as far as compensation for my time. I am not a employee to be compensated for time. I think they have me confused with someone else. "

Consumer was awarded a check for the $250.00. Consumer called and verified that information. [redacted] this is resolved.

This review involves multiple visits. This issues involve the recirculating pump recently installed in our master bath room.
Issue one: the pump stopped working. Park showed me that the power was connected to a power source associated with a plug with a reset button. Easy fix.
Issue two: When our outside sprinklers are running, the cold water in the master bathroom sink runs hot. The tech was going to consult with someone at Park and respond back to me. I have not heard from anyone. Problem still exists.
I will complete the survey when the issue is resolved.
