the entire transaction has been a nightmareJust yesterday M*** contacted the buyer asking him to stop by and sign the printed contractThis was an issue weeks agoIn addition, the telephone interview the buyer was waiting for never happened because the owner of Premier Auto was on a vacationThe buyer had to call in and speak to someone else At Premier Auto regarding loan.
I still keep receiving calls for this vehicle asking for car installmentIts been well over a month and paperwork that should been been submitted , approved etc are still pending to this day.

Review: I purchases a vehicle 1991 ford taurus for this park n deal we were told it was a great running car and would last us a very very long time and that it was from original owner and has had all fluids replaced and been through safety inspection no problems at all.. the very next morning on the way back to dealership to get carfax the brakes stuck on freeway and burnt up smoke flying everywhere. we barely made into the dealership parking lot car still smoking and everything. The guy said he would fix the car with his mechanic and replace any parts neccisary to keep his customers happy and maintain his reputation. well he kept the car for 2 additional days. He reported that he replaced master cylinder,replaced oversized brake pads and flushed the system. and everything should be good to go. we took the car directly across the street to have a professional inspection. they showed us all the fluids were dirty and needed to be replaced badly , that no parts where replaced and if they were it was with damaged parts. the brake pads were burnt and unusable. the calipurs were badly warped. and the brake shop said this car was definately unsafe to drive. so we went back to the dealership and explained to them what the breakshop told us it was going to cost us to make the vehicle safe to drive. he proceeded to curse me and my mom and saying it was bt and they were lyers to report him there is nothing we can do about it . so we were forced to make the neccisary repairs in order to make the vehicle safely operable. its costed us an additional 2200 dollars just make the car safe enough to drive. much more than I can afford.Desired Settlement: Im not sure how to resolve and issue like this. but if it were to be a refund I would like a fair refend. Either a refund for the vehicle or for all the work that was neccisary to make vehicle safe to drive. our lives were put at risk 2 times and we are stuck paying for it. if they want the car back I would like to be paid for the car and for whatever costs it took to make the vehicle safe to operate.

I am rejecting this response because: There is absolutely nothing to accept about this yes it was sold as is and misrepresented doesn't change the fact our lives were put at risk not once but twice. awesome way to maintain a reputation and keep customers happy .

Review: I contacted this dealer to assist in selling a vehicle that I no longer needed, however, was still financed. I found a buyer, the buy purchased the vehicle 05/04/15. I paid for the difference owed versus the difference that it was actually sold for in April 2015.It is now the end of May and Ive been receiving calls from the original bank where I have the loan from asking for their money. This entire transaction was supposed to b completed within a week tops. Now I am calling Mike for an update and he is either not in the office or gives me the run around.He did not do his job, as I found the buyer.He is taking way too long in finalizing transaction.His unwillingness to do his job is causing my credit rating to decrease because I have not paid I car I no longer own.Desired Settlement: I'd like to rate them an F.

The car is being financed by a Premier Auto Credit. To Complete Financing Buyer Has to provide a proof of insurance, which he failed to do so, Also There is an Interview with the buyer on the phone required, which could not be done for 10 days, because the buyer would not respond to the phone calls from Premier Auto Credit.

That caused a delay in finishing financing by Premier Auto Credit and Payoff of the Loan.
