Ms. [redacted] complete a final inspection with the management on 10/10/2016 where she was told the cleaning charges would be $125.00. As Ms. [redacted] stated in her complaint the fee would be taken from the deposit as she requested. After cleaning was completed the resident was only charged...

$99.68. The account balance at move out for pro-out rent was in the amount of $245.00 which Ms. [redacted] had paid on her final date of 10/10/2016 with check #2067 to zero out her account.

Review: I have a lease with Park Place Apartments that clearly states it begins on Aug. 1, 2015. I have already paid my rent for the month of August. I asked to come by on Aug. 3rd to get the keys and measure so that I could move in some of my furniture on Aug. 6th. They said the apartment would not be ready until Aug. 17th and that if I showed up I would be turned away. I asked them to at least pro-rate this until the apartment was ready on the 17th, but they refused to do so and told me that there was nothing they could do for me. They said it was because the 17th was the move in date so they could get it ready but the NEVER informed me of that and still refused to pro-rate. If you could help me I would appreciate it. Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Either they allow me to move in on August 6th with the apartment ready and cleaned for me to live in, or they adjust my bill to compensate for the 16 days I am not allowed to live there.
