Mr*** was requested to get an estimate for approval to replace his keysBefore his estimate was submitted his keys were located and returned to him via ***We refused to pay since the estimate process was not followed and the keys were returned promptly

Review: They lost the keys to my car, used a locksmith to gain access, which disabled my other key copy. They assured me they'd pay for the key replacement. They also attempted to charge me for the parking even though they owed me money for the lost set of keys (key fob costs 100$, plus the other key on the ring for another car was an additional $100), I of course refused to pay them. A week later, after submitting a claim as per their instructions for reimbursement for the keys I had made, they miraculously located my keys, which by the way are now de-activated on my ignition system because of the "locksmith" they used. They are now refusing to pay for the keys I had made, because I could not simply wait for them to discover my lost keys forever and had no expectation they would ever be found. Strange they don't think I would need to legitimately lock my vehicle after making a crappy valet key for me so I could get home. Shameful business run by low-lives! Stay away.Desired Settlement: I would like reibursement for the set of keys I had made to replace the ones that they lost and then returned a week later. Its a car used to get to work, I need to be able to lock it and run it reliably and cannot wait forever for this company to miraculously discover the keys. while happy they were returned after 10 days, fact is, I incurred a cost of 214$ to fix a problem they caused and indicated they would make me whole for.....the company has since ignored me.
